Additionally we will discuss size and location of appliances and how your new design might affect placement of electrical outlets, air-conditioning vents and lighting. Following your approval of a preliminary estimate for the project, a detailed CAD drawing is supplied before construction begins.

Set up appointment, Logan took all measurements for 3 cabinets and told me he will get back to me with estimated cost. After no calls for 5 days I called him and asked about progress. No apology, he just thanks me for reminded him and promised he'll start to work on estimate right away. It has been 1 month since then, no calls, no emails, no estimate.
I had to pay another contractor extra for rush order as holidays were approaching. Such a disrespect for customers i have not seen for a long time. I understand that he might be very busy, but should not take a job, promise to do and than just ignore it. In short, not trustworthy company.
