Bryan and his colleague were life savers! We've been in a nightmare of a project with Made Renovation (never use them) and had to get a last min replacement faucet so our contractors could finally finish the project. Bryan was incredibly professional, polite, and helpful! He didn't have the one I was looking for but he helped me find another that fit my criteria/needs. Friendly service but twice sold me insufficient circulation pump? 2 pumps where identical in mechanics but different in color. I went in to ask for an explanation but was told guys don't work there anymore. So I guess not being honest doesn't do it for me.

The manager or owner was a very rude person and didn't want to help even went as far as hanging up on the phone with me why would somebody who buys purchase something with the warranty would have to pay $150 out of pocket when it's a free exchange warranty

What a great selection this place has to offer. Wide array of abs fittings and pipes that was exactly what I needed. Definitely couldn't find some things here at other specialty stores I've been to in my area. Will be returning soon, always working on something and this store doesn't disappoint!

Eric is great. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Explain everything with needs to be done and how to get the new parts. My client had a 40-gallon Rheem water heater that was leaking and it's under the warranty and it was easy to change it up to the new one. The difference is needed to pay $54 for upgrades due to the government changes. Very nice big place everybody's helpful
