I've bought three steel buildings previously and my Armstrong building surpassed each and every one of them. The detail was unlike anything i've ever seen. It was so easy, fit together perfectly and the trim package was super sharp. Timing was an extremely important factor for us and we knew no one in America could get a steel building on site quicker than Armstrong Steel - so the choice was easy.
At Armstrong Steel, we believe in a multidimensional approach to offering the best customer service and maintaining our position as a leader in the pre-engineered steel building industry. By upholding the following values, we strive to be the best steel building provider, be recognized as a valuable and unique resource for contractors, builders, do it yourselfers and their families and remain an influential and inspirational figure in the community. We take great satisfaction from a job well done.
At Armstrong Steel, we pride ourselves in providing the most comprehensive information on Steel Building Systems in the industry. Steel buildings are the most flexible solutions on the market for contractors, builders, do it yourselfers and their families. These durable, virtually no maintenance building solutions come with significant benefits.
The first step toward putting up the building of your dreams is placing your steel order. This involves spending some time with one of our consultants, determining your building needs, and is followed by submitting an engineering payment to hold your steel order and obtain your drawings. Since every piece of your building is numbered to correspond with the erection drawings, the majority of our clients choose to erect their own building.
The latest information on steel prices, what factors determine your price, and tips on securing the best price. Because the price of your steel building system is dependent upon many different factors, Armstrong Steel has the luxury of charging extremely competitive rates. Customers often find that prices are generally lower with Armstrong Steel than conventional construction methods.

Armstrong Steel has the most reasonable price around for a steel building. Believe me, I did my research, no one else could meet the quality and price for the personal storage building that I wanted. It was a really nice customer service experience for me. Everyone I worked with at Armstrong made it easy and were always helpful when I needed them. I got to make it my own custom building, and I even got to pick out my colors! My building looks great, and I'm proud to show it off!

Zach Escuriex was incredibly helpful when it came to helping me choose the right outbuilding for our needs. I do not have much experience in building construction and had a vague idea of what I was looking for. He took the time to explain the different types of roof lines and materials used in their builds and compared them to other outbuildings I was looking at. Definitely a great guide for a large undertaking in a project like my own.

I called Armstrong to get some preliminary estimates and I could not have hoped for a more helpful and informative phone call. Conner was extremely kind and helpful to work with the little information I brought to the table and turn it into something positive. Give them a call - even if you don't know exactly what your specifications are. They are super helpful!

Chris Sirhall is hands down one of the best salesperson I have dealt with. We have a complex project going on and he has been patient, intuitive, creative, and a problem solver from the beginning. Chris is responsive but not pushy - which we really appreciate in the complexity of our project! From the first time we spoke, I have been impressed with this company and would highly recommend using them (and Chris!) for your building needs! I will post an update from our completely finished order!

We are just in the beginning stages of deciding what type of building we want to go with on our future property, not ready to buy yet. I let them know that upfront but that didn't stop them from giving me the best customer service, answering all my questions, and giving me all the time and information I needed to make an informed decision. I worked with Conner Donohue and he was fantastic! Highly recommend!

Working with Armstrong Steel Corp is a professional personable experience. Chris Sirhall has walked me through the process and guided me through all aspects of the building and what we need to consider to complete the process. To have someone who cares and understands all of the needs to make our choice meet our needs as well as guiding us through the process, A Great way to have a new building with 50 year warranty! Highly Recommend Armstrong Steel!

Where is the option for NO STAR? Armstrong is worse than a sleazy used car dealership. At least at that car lot you actually leave with something you could at least scrap out. My husband and I signed a contract for a 30' x 80' metal building. We put +$15k for the deposit back in March 2021. Armstrong goes MIA for NINE MONTHS until November 2021 when we receive our preliminary drawings.
We were verbally told we would get our building the first of the new year. Negative. The only thing we received at the new year was an additional +$52k in miscellaneous material price increases. A building we signed for at $40k is now over $90k and still no delivery date. It's been OVER A YEAR and still no resolution.

I signed a contract in February 2021 with Armstrong Steel Buildings for a 40' x 80' shed. Everyone was very helpful and quick to get back to me as we progressed through the steps and got the final design signed in February. At that time I was told 6-8 weeks to get engineered drawings so I could start with the foundation. 27 weeks later after being told numerous times they didn't really know when I would get the drawings, I finally get engineered drawings.
I fill out the scheduling packet after getting the drawings and was told that I could expect my building to be delivered at the end of November. Not a great time to start putting up a building in the upper Midwest but I figured I would just store it until spring. Then October 21st I get a call from Armstrong letting me know that if I want to actually get my building the new price is going to be $57,663. Seeing that the contract price I signed back in February was for $28,684, I respectfully declined the new insane price offer and asked for my $7100 deposit back.
I was told by Brooke they were claiming force majeure to break our pricing contract due to the crazy price increases of steel since we signed in February, but since they had provided me engineered drawings and done some "preliminary work" on the building they would not refund me a single penny. Not once had any Armstrong employee notified me that prices were rising and they would be changing the contract price so why wouldn't they ask me before providing engineered drawings?
Hot rolled steel prices had doubled from the time I ordered in February to August when I got my drawings so why would they not tell me anything about a pricing change before proceeding unless they are just out to steal deposits? Apparently they get to break contracts that they no longer favor at will but they hold me accountable to very said contract to hold hostage my deposit money unless I pay them double what we agreed upon.

Great customer service when exploring steel building options. Very supportive when asked for multiple quotes on a variety of building sizes and changes. While I am not ready to build, I do know I will build with Armstrong when the comes. I appreciate the time given to me for questions on my first large building purchase, even knowing that I am still in the planning/inquiry stage.
