Services
Try to follow the Work Triangle configuration for proper placement of appliances. Try not to place a side by side refrigerator next to a wall on the left side, without leaving several inches of clearance on the left side. The narrow freezer door will not open fully making it very difficult to access freezer side.
Unfortunately, we do not offer resurfacing of cabinets. We can however remove your old kitchen furniture (additional charge) with the purchase and installation of our products. You can provide us with what cabinets you need from us. We will build the cabinets usually within a week. From there, we can deliver the cabinets to a reasonable distance from our location or you can pick up the fully cabinets.

Horrible experience. In addition to shoddy workmanship, Installers destroyed my floors by not using any sort of protection and installed my counters incorrectly. KT demanded payment despite the fact the work isn't complete. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. When the installers showed up, it was clear that they didn't understand the scope of the job.
While demoing my old countertop, they used zero protection and damaged my floors significantly. It's also worth noting that I had no way of communicating with them because they didn't speak any English. They would pop into our house and just start grunting until someone came out, then point, and hope we understood what they were saying. It was a disaster.
When I went to have the sink hooked back up, I learned that they had cut the hole in the wrong spot, so not only does our current drop in sink not work (you can't attach it) but an undermount sink won't work either. Our only option is an expensive cast-iron sink. They also installed a giant seam in the most visible spot on the counter. these guys are not professionals. they don't have a clue what they are doing.
When I called to tell them about the floor scratching, the person I spoke with refused to acknowledge his workers mistakes and tried to brow beat me into paying the remainder of the balance. Email communication to remedy all of this has been challenging at best. Stay very far away from this company unless you want garbage results and a lot of time, money and energy spent fixing what they did. STAY AWAY.

We purchased bathroom cabinets and countertops from this company last month. The cabinets were okay for the money(very dirty upon arrival) but the countertops were another story. Upon the installers arriving they told me they were going to measure and return to install at 6pm, which was immediately rejected by myself, I told them this was unacceptable as I made an appointment for this and needed them to complete the job.

K &T was very accomodating in my constant re-schedules. We self-installed the base and wall cabinets and it was very clear what was included in the pricing and all trim and filler panels were provided. When it came time for the quartz countertop installation, these guys were pros and only took about 3 hours to measure, cut, polish and edge seal the countertops.
Quality of the cabinets are very good for the price and do not contain any particleboard. I cut the plywood to size, but K&T confirmed the sink location, faucet hole(s) and made those cut-out before I secured the plywood to the base cabinets. Very helpful despite any language gaps! I'm glad I went with K&T.

Everything I got from this place was either dented, discolored or unalienable. I wish I would have never even heard of this place. Absolutely terrible experience. They would do nothing to make things right on top of it all. Over the phone they said they would help, when I arrived there they had a horrible attitude and treated me like I should just be content with low quality and very poor workmanship on the cabinets. In my eyes they stole $6000.00 from me. I think any place would be better than this one when remodeling your kitchen.

KT charged 3 pieces molding but only delivered 1. Came back to the store to get 3 new piece of molding for right size. Refuse to replace or exchange but was asked to charge for 2 more pieces. They said we must open the box and exam delivery. Worst customer service and expensive. Go to abs or pius for our next project. Why would someone steal 2 moldings that can't even fit
