Fernando Guzman and Larry Tuia came out and replaced our enormous front windows and kitchen window. They were extremely conscientious and diligent. The workmanship exceeded our expectations. What a process, but worth the wait! We decided to go with Andersen back in December knowing that our two (3-pane) sliding doors were not going to be installed until May or June at the earliest. Two days ago the crew showed up to start the project, and WOW, are we happy! The windows/sliding doors are beautiful! The quality is everything they sold us on.

Honest truth, I doubted Andersen for the price right off the bat, they are NOT cheap compared to competitors. However, after being sold by our salesman Bill (who was very informative, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful), we were pleasantly surprised at the service after the sale. Their attention to detail, and each person along the way you deal with is second to none.

We never felt like a commission, and we never felt left out to wonder what's going on. Some other people I'd like to mention in here are Justin the technical measure. His availability and answers even after hours were invaluable. Fernando Guzman the foreman on the job was for lack of a better word, a true professional, his attention to detail and quality of work made us feel like he looked at his job as if it were his own house.

With his crew there was no excuses, if something looked off, or needed adjustment he and his men tackled it. Speaking of those men, Darius A., and Evergone T. were fantastic as well. When the time comes to take on the rest of the house windows, we know who we're calling. Thanks you Renewal by Andersen and the amazing team you train and keep motivated to do their best!

We moved on October 19, 2021 to a 1972 log cabin and the windows were vinyl. We heat our home with wood and we could feel the cool air coming through the windows. We went through a lot of wood during the winter months and could hardly wait for our new windows to arrive. Our installers, Nate S. and Johnny G. arrived on May 9th (Monday morning) and they were simply very efficient, knowledgeable, and their quality of work was amazing. Nate said that he had never installed windows in a log cabin and he was very excited to accomplish this task.

We were expecting 3 days to install the windows but due to their work ethic, they got done in 2 days. I told Nate that I haven't seen many adults work that hard and they were always friendly and so polite. Very refreshing! When they completed the job, our house was as if nothing had been done. We sure are happy with the windows, we can already tell the difference in the temperature in our house.

Renewal By Anderson did a first rate job on our window replacement project from the salesman's visit to the last crew member leaving the site. They were polite, concerned about the footprint they left at our home and very proficient with our windows. They did exactly what they said they did. We wanted to particularly thank Michael G., the installation team lead, for treating us so well and doing such a great job.

This was our second project using Renewal by Andersen of Seattle. We had a fantastic experience from the whole Renewal team: Carol Evans sales rep helped us pick out windows for our 80+ year old house, project manager Katie Bell got us scheduled and kept us informed of our installation date. Our installers Fenando Guzman and Darius Akana got the job done in record time leaving us with beautiful windows and a spotless work site. To cap it off, our neighbor just called to congratulate us on the wonderful curb appeal of our new windows. All in all a great experience.

Replaced patio doors and installers were great, Lincoln and Jason were professional and respectful of our home. Door took longer than expected due to an error by Anderson but after 6 months finally received door. Service: General door installation

The Renewal by Andersen team of Fernando G., Darius A., Oliver V., Dion T., and Matt U did a fantastic job. I was called when they were enroute with an ETA. They were respectful of our space as we are working from home. Their clean up at the end of the day is a tell tale sign of their professionalism. I hope to see them on our next job.

They removed the windows at the apex (installing drywall as requested) and one in the corner. They matched all trim beautifully. They installed new siding on the outside, pointing out some rot in the corner but gave me a referral for a contractor to repair that. They were prompt, clean, professional and pleasant (all involved.including Lincoln L and Jason J as well as Lavonn in the office).

We have noticed that this area is now much warmer than it was before. Now all I have to do is hire someone to mud the drywall, stain the trim and paint the siding. Thank you. Sheila V

I would have to say at the start I was skeptical if Renewal by Andersen would live up to their promises of great customer experience and a great product and have to say that they have been stellar on all fronts right from when I made my down-payment a few weeks ago to yesterday when I finally had my beautiful patio door installed. It was a great experience throughout.

In these days, when there are delays in manufacturing and delivery and installation for almost any kind of major renovation related to construction, these folks kept me informed pro-actively what the status was of my install, and made repeated follow-up calls to ensure I was updated throughout the process. Yesterday, the installation crew (Fernando G and Juan A) did a great job from start to finish, with attention to the little details as well as cleaning up after themselves and left my patio looking in better shape than before they arrived.

I would definitely say that Renewal has lived up to their reputation of doing things the right way from start to finish! Thank you Renewal by Andersen for offering me great options (Ryan S), managing the process from start to finish (Reda S) and now installing (Fernando G and Juan A) my great looking patio door!

For anyone who got an estimate and was a bit shocked initially at the price, by the time we were finished with the installation, we were totally sold and felt we had gotten a good value for everything we had received. You really don't find workers willing and able to complete a job with such thoroughness and thoughtfulness these days. Let's not forget the superior and beautiful product we received.

We really couldn't be happier with our windows and French Door. It has made all the difference on that side of our home. We will definitely be doing more windows next year under the Anderson price guarantee. Johnathan C and Darius A were our installers and they were fantastic. They even helped us by taking away other construction debris that was in our yard. Anderson really made this a great experience all the way around. Highly recommend you try them!
