Called these guys because my company which has no use for their stone products was receiving catalogs from them. The person I spoke to said he could not help me out since they derive their mailings from a computer list. When I asked him which list I was on he said he could not help me and hung up rudely. Wait actually he told me to "have a nice day" and then hung up.
So it seems as though they have no regard for any environmental friendliness when it comes to eliminating paper and of course the trash that it becomes. Certainly indicates the level of service you might experience when you actually may want to order something for them. Perhaps also since they have only been in business for about nineteen years, they may not understand what it means to do what you can to help people.
