With 24 years experience in this line of work, you learn to spot a professional when you see them. Concrete construction requires much planning and experienced individuals to pull off a successful project. It's so nice to have a team mate like Ralph's Concrete Pumping to carry out the often difficult task of getting the concrete from the truck to its final home.

I have been working in the commercial concrete industry for over 25 years and have used Ralph's consistently over those years. Ralph's has highly experienced management and operators who can provide innovative solutions to any complicated commercial or simple home project. I have used Ralph's to pump concrete on high-rise buildings to back yard hot tub pads. Pumps are highly complex mechanical pieces of equipment and in the rare event we have had an issue, Ralph's has always made it right and made sure things were resolved correctly. I have used many other pump companies over the years and never been treated as fair or received the service I have from Ralph's.

Total disaster! I can only assume that family members posted the other reviews. Today we used Ralph's service which now I have to have another company come out and fix the complete mess they made. I will acknowledge that the first 4 yards pumped into our front porch (wheelchair access) came out looking nice. The back patio is horrible. Their equipment should have been retired long ago.
The pump blew off the truck, the truck left oil slick on my driveway. The lines that hold the cement plugged up constantly. What should have taken 2 hours took nearly 4 hours to which 2 hours was down time, meanwhile the cement is hardening and my workers can't groom the cement because they are busy helping Ralphs worker unplug the lines. Then when told that we would not sign the invoice because we would not pay for the down time and the bill needed to be adjusted, which they refused to do, their worker then put their hands on the homeowner in a very negative way. Expecting to be a confrontation, the homeowner (who is already disabled) backed away and told their worker not to put his hands on him and was ordered to get off our property.
Which he did and he flipped us off on his way out. A law suit is on it's way. Called the owner of Ralphs and he just defended his really great equipment! What a joke! And now we have a mess to take care of, not to mention the cement in my front yard where the lines blew out and sprayed cement everywhere. There suppose to know what they are doing, and this was inexperience and bad equipment at it's worst.
We have witnesses and many pictures all of which are ready to go to court. Oh, did I mention that this was 14 yards of cement and the pump truck showed up 2 hours early, long before the cement guys arrived. I warn you, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, UNLESS YOU ENJOY WATCHING YOUR PROJECTS TURN TO GARBAGE, AND YOU ENJOY GOING TO COURT.
