Since 1996, Modular Concrete Docks, LLC has strived to be a leader in providing innovative marine technology and top quality designed engineered products. Our unmatched commitment to quality has led to the evolution of our patented Uni-Module concrete encapsulated system has made us a top choice for marine concrete flotation products.
Modular Concrete Docks will also assign a project manager & project engineer to provide a complete site analysis and color overhead site plan combining GIS and AutoCAD. Modular Concrete Docks only asks that any necessary fees (like Permit Cost and Usage Fees) be paid by the customers. We will manage all: paperwork, filings, and follow ups. A sample of our computerized color AutoCAD drawings is above with the actual dock to the right and the overhead site plan below.
From the Uni-Module floats themselves, to the anchoring systems that secure them, each of our products are designed, manufactured, assembled and installed by us. The difference between the typical dock and a Premier Modular Concrete Dock, is the solid concrete foundation. We don't just use concrete as a part of the decking, we've designed the entire flotation system around it.
From the Uni-Module floats themselves, to the anchoring systems that secure them, each of our products are designed, manufactured, assembled and installed by us. Each monolithic superior wave attenuator 12x20 Uni-Module is manufactured and inspected at our plant, then shipped to marinas collectively where they are assembled to make our floating breakwaters.

Desperate for a place close to pull my boat out of the water because the lake is down so much. Called these folks because they have the closest available (usable) ramp. Offered to pay whatever they felt reasonable and was 100% turned away. NO! Find someplace else. Not my kind of people.

In Ref to Mr. Mark Snider's remarks. We appreciate his interest to use our facilities as well as appreciate his offer to pay to use our ramp. however, due to liability issues with our insurance we cannot open our ramp up for public use. we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The day before the levees broke (Midwest flood of '19) we reached out to Modular Concrete Docks needing assistance for our a damaged walkway and stiff arm. These guys arrived the next morning with all the parts necessary to get the dock secured before the potential flood. Little did they know that the levee broke the following evening and the dock floated up exactly as it was designed! The dock most certainly would have washed down and got away during the flood event if they did not come through. Thank you Jim!
