Sat down with Jonathan and told him what I wanted. His guys delivered. not just a roof, a two story 50x36 shop building. Complete with initial dirt work, concrete, framing, siding, roof, overhead and swing doors, windows, cupola and lift to the second floor. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, kept the work site clean and finished on time and on budget.

Absolutely the best service you could ask for. Hard working, professional, quality craftsmanship, excellent pricing. This was a worry free install. I would recommend this company over anybody else. They did just what they said they would do. Sheeting is made on site for perfect length installation. House is a lot cooler already. No more worries about leaks or clogged gutters. They are the "BEST".

These courteous gentlemen worked for three days on a very tall, very steep, European style roof in 95 degree weather. They gave a very professional written estimate and predicted a 6 day job. Even with the hot June weather they did it in 3 days. It is a beautiful, flawless installation, which incidentally has been 100% dry in the heavy rain Warrensburg has experienced in the last few days. They were punctual, tidy, long laboring in 10-12 hour days. I can only praise their professionalism in the strongest terms.

I have used Excel Metal for roofing and flashing and special pieces of trim, They have always been excellent and made me know that I was important to there business, I would rate them 10 out of 10 there prices are good to. When a Co does a good job I believe in letting people know.

What a great experience. Very courteous and professional staff. Excel's team was on time and worked steadily, expertly and left absolutely no debris behind. The quality of their products and service is outstanding. They sent progress pictures and a short video demonstrating their work and the end result. Can't ask for anything more than that. From design to delivery and build of my 36x50 2 story shop / Guest house. They were great to work with. Work crews were on time, worked without BS, shortcuts, or trashing the work site. Materials were high quality, delivered as needed. Which means no engineered trusses laying in the mud for days or green, corkscrewed, lumber used for building.

Excel just finished installing a new metal roof on our home and garage, over 70 squares. Outstanding crew, finished product and attention to detail. The cleaned the site completely daily. They paid attention to the details and were meticulous in how they went about their business. They were easy to work with and while not the lowest price, they. were competitive.

The job they did was more than worth the modest difference in price. The standing seam materials were consistent in color and they formed the material right on site. We should have done this when we built our home and we will never go back to shingles. In the long run, the metal is less costly in maintenance, repair and useful life. We replaced a Tamco 50 year shingle after only 13 years!

Read shingle warranties closely, They are very misleading and essentially are only good for 10 years. They do not cover any labor or tear off so our recommendation is you go with Excel Metal standing seam roofing and be done with it. Outstanding product and company. Gary and Barbara Reed

Attempted to get them out to look at my roof (one they installed 15 years ago) to look at/fix a couple leaks as well as get pricing on ice rail and new gutters. Informed me after the 3rd call that they're too. busy to even send someone out to look at it much less do the work (scheduled out over 2 months). They must be good to be that busy but it would have been nice to know that a month ago so I could look elsewhere. Disappointing.
