Scruggs Lumber is a joy to do business with. We are remodeling our master bath and ordered a walk-in shower from them. Michele knows everything there is to know about Onyx showers and was extremely helpful when we tried to decide what would be best for us. The shower arrived quicker than expected and then she arranged delivery to our house within one day. Fantastic customer service on top of being very professional and helpful. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Excellent customer service. I had a couple pieces of lumber form an order that were warped and called to ask for replacement. They replaced and delivered within the hour! Very thankful for the speed - I'll be able to finish my deck posts now without any delay.

I started working in the retail business in 1972 at age 17. my boss was a wonderful Jewish man who taught me more about business than I could ever dreamed of learning in college. Rule #1: we are here to serve customers. Rule #2: we are here to make a profit, because if we cannot profit, we will not be here to serve customers. Scruggs Lumber has served our needs so very well since 2016, when we purchased our lake home. Sliding door glass, screens for windows, caulking to end water seepage, front door refinishing, blind repair.

We are now in process of replacing outdoor lighting, and the ceiling fan on our screened porch. The Scruggs lighting expert Beth, is currently researching product for us to fit the exterior finish of our brick home. If Scruggs does not handle a product or service, our friend Jennifer cheerfully makes a referral! In all my nearly 50 years of serving the retail business, I have NEVER seen anything like Scruggs! I cannot say enough positive comments regarding Scruggs Lumber Do It Center. We have been customers for years and will continue. The customer service, workmanship, and resolving any concerns is absolutely the best. If your looking for any home project Scruggs is who you want to go with hands down!

Scruggs Lumber is great! Two years ago we had them remove 10 windows from our sun-room and install replacements. The work was done professionally. The installation team showed-up when promised, and were polite and friendly. Our sun-room now is able to be used year-round. This year, we are having Scruggs replace our 20 year old baseboards. We are confident that the work will be done in a timely fashion. Our big issue is that we can not figure out why we waited so long before turning to Scruggs for home improvement projects!

We recently used Scruggs for a home improvement project. From the moment we walked through the door Jennifer Gardner took charge, and it was smooth sailing from start to finish. She assisted with product selection, arranged on-site measurements, ordered material, and coordinated the installation process. The wood shop did an excellent job matching stain and finishing woodwork.

The installation team made certain everything fit perfectly and that we were completely satisfied with the end product. Samantha is now assisting us with another project. She has been instrumental in helping with design details and overall coordination. We are confident that this project will be completed with the same high quality customer service and craftsmanship. Great place to get all the supplies you need for you new or remodeling project. I used Scruggs to have my house plans drafted and could not be happier. They were quick and responsive and Levi was amazing on ideas and pointing out suggestions. They also were very helpful with our flooring. Deann was the best. Highly Recommend Scruggs.

During a recent kitchen remodel, I found Regina Green, designer, and other members of the Scruggs team professional, friendly and very helpful. This includes the often forgotten crew who delivers those heavy boxes of tile and other supplies! Regina not only helped me find additional floor tile to match tile used in a prior project but also took time to understand my vision for the finished project and recommended the perfect tile options for back splashes in our kitchen & half bath.

She also went the extra mile answering many questions unrelated to her specific part of the project. It is obvious the Scruggs team puts the customer first and believes in superior service.

My wife and I could not have picked a better person and business to work with all throughout our recent new home build. Korie Bock was so knowledgeable and helpful, it made the decision process go so much smoother. She was always willing to help us any time, any day.
