All returned merchandise is subject to a minimum of 25% Restocking Charge. Returned merchandise requires advance approval with a written Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and merchandise being returned in original cartons and in good, re-sellable condition within thirty days of original invoice date for credit to be valid. Reliable Fasteners, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the final amount of credit allowed after inspecting returned goods.

GARLOCK *NOTE: Gasket properties are dependent upon media, pressure, and other conditions. The standard Spiral Wound Gasket used by Reliable Fasteners, Inc. is a Flexitallic STYLE CG or a Garlock STYLE RW (no inner ring) with Graphite Filler, 304 Stainless Winding, and a Carbon Steel Outer Ring. Many other styles are available, including a Flexitallic STYLE CGI / Garlock STYLE RWI (with inner ring). Both Flexitallic and Garlock also offer many other material choices for the filler, winding, and outer ring, which can all be special ordered.
