No accountability! We ordered another load of gravel this morning. The driver asked how it was to be dumped. We explained it needed to be dumped 3 down the length of the drive. The driver was asked if he needed to check his chains, and he said no. Then, he proceeded to dump approximately half the load in the middle of the drive, and didn't spread it.

We can't get out of our driveway, which is a terrible thing, as a few hours later, via phone call with my doctor, determined to have a serious infection requiring immediate use of antibiotics. We can't get to the pharmacy because of this. The driver refused to take responsibility. The company was called and refused to take responsibility. No one will do anything to make it right.

We have used this company since constructing our new property. In 11 months we have spent thousands of dollars with them and this is the treatment we get. We're never using this company again and will be looking into filing complaints as ZERO remorse, accountability, or attempt was made to make it right.

Avoid at all costs. Subpar concrete quality and a refusal to stand by their own materials even when their own inspector tells Cowden the concrete is done poorly. Check out Ferndale or Skagit for a quality product.

I have not idea about the quality of their product, but I can tell you that on three occasions their dump trucks have spewed debris and damaged my windshield. On the last occasion I filed a claim with them, and they denied that what me and many other drivers experienced could have happened. I am super disappointed in their response. Totally unprofessional.

In only five months from laying our driveway at a new house the coating chipped away leaving lots of big chunks missing out of our driveway. in trying to rectify it with Cowden they said it wasn't their fault and took no responsibility for it I give this company a major thumbs down don't use them

I had zero clue how to pour a stem wall. We started to pour and my forms immediately started to buckle and break. John (the driver) called up his Dad, Brother and Nathan, who busted ass to the site, completely took over the pour and saved the day. I ran around the forms and did my best to reinforce what was failing, and the boys at Cowden did the rest.

Even after their shifts had ended, these dudes stuck around to save the pour. I will recommend Cowden Gravel and Ready mix to anyone I meet who wants to talk about concrete. Thanks Fellas.
