Come and visit us at our manufacturing facility in Burlington WA! All of our trusses are produced and delivered out of our 42,000 sq/ft facility situated on 5.3 acres less than a mile from I-5. We love helping people with design concepts using our specialized 3D Truss Modeling and give tours of our state of the art manufacturing process.

Edited: I initially had a terrible experience dealing with Louws Truss. So much that I decided I would not do business with them. However, their owner, BJ, reached out to me as well as another manager assuring me that they were addressing the issue and taking steps to insure that this wouldn't happen with anyone else. I can't speak to the quality of their product but I can say that it is clear that they take customer experience seriously.
I hope my poor experience proves to be a learning opportunity for their company. I would be willing to give them another shot in the future. Original: This company does not care about communication one bit. I received and estimate from them 2 weeks ago and have called over 10 times now and left messages with different people about hammering down details and no one has called back. Very frustrating to try and give business to someone who doesn't seem to care.
