From the moment I called this company was sooo helpful, sooo courteous and genuinely very nice. When I had 2-20' units delivered to my home - delivery driver was personable cooperative and very patient with me, as it was hot outside and I was not sure how I wanted the units placed. He was quite helpful and again genuinely an awesome guy. Thank you so much Simple box, you made what I was dreading effortless!

I am very pleased with this company. I was looking for about 3 months and though I found other companies that also sell containers after researching those companies I found several horrible reviews that left me with no confidence in that purchase. This company is first class. Tell me another company you can call on a Sunday and have a nice new container delivered to your property (2 hours away) the same week on Wednesday. Hunter the driver was a pro and placed the box right where I wanted it even though it was a complicated location.

Its amazing that the companies name is Simple Box, nothing today is simple. But I can tell you this was as simple as possible. It was fast, convenient, it went so smooth I would highly recommend this company. They were also punctual, the box is super clean. Access to my box is so simple. There you go again SIMPLE. I called Simple Box and they were attentive, responsive, and communicative from the beginning. They educated me in the shortage of containers in AZ and why. They called to FaceTime with me to select my container remotely which was a great touch. They are a new business to the Valley and are still getting to know the geography but they are working hard to get themselves acclimated. Delivery day did not go smoothly due to weather but the driver was friendly, professional, and courteous regardless.

I recently used the north Seattle/Marysville office and worked with Melissa and Keith. I was moving over the mountains and they made the process a breeze! Melissa is super quick to respond via phone or email regardless how many times I bothered her and moving our move up 3 weeks didn't seem to phase them, they made it work!
