This review is mostly about their customer service. I bought several items which were delivered as 3 packages shown under a single tracking number. Long story short UPS (the courier chosen for this unfortunate scenario) flat out lied about my address missing and after "Correcting" the address as they requested, they again lied and said they only delivered one of the three total packages as only one of them was changed despite getting assured that said change would be applied to all three packages.
I worked day and night trying to get UPS to redeliver, only for them to block me every time and pushing the blame on ME despite their screw up. I then called Toolguys to see if we can fix this issue and sure enough, UPS was screwing them over too regarding redelivery. However, Alex from Toolguys worked with me throughout this ordeal and had the package redelivered for next-day shipping as soon as he was able.
I've just received the missing packages and although I feel bad Toolguys had to waste their money fixing UPS' screw up, I'm thankful for their support and superior service! 10/10 definitely buy from these guys.

Excellent customer service, excellent communication, excellent products. Will refer to all and everyone. When I called the 1-800 number when a package didn't show up on time, Micheal Drillbits (Owner) answered 2nd ring, helped me immediately to find out where my order was. All ended well and even with Micheal sending me a grab bag of goodies just for the inconvenience. 5 stars all the way!
