I'm not one to usually give reviews or like having someone else do work I feel I can do or have done. I'm picky and like to eye F##K the work I do and more so with someone i'm paying good money to do. I had 4 quotes on restoring the wood floor we installed with re-claimed wood and mixed in new wood after my attempt of restoring it myself was not up to par. (I'd previously done over 2k sq. ft of flooring prior that was acceptable) It was a challenge from the start for whoever took the job.
Most quotes were $1,000 to $3,000 more than Wood Floors Unlimited. When Louie came in he wasn't selling me, he was humble and sincere, open to options that may not usually be typical. He also was honest in what I needed to pay for and what i didn't. Since we were not most likely the typical customer, on day one he (as it seemed) sent the whole crew to make sure our concerns and ideas were met.
When we did the stain selection their experience and insight lead us to a simpler path. The end product turned out better than I expected. I truly love my floors and the pricier two part clear I love too! Honest quick service.
