I have never been to either Escondido OR to this company posing as a clearinghouse for credit card fraud. Imagine my surprise when my Visa card was declined FOUR DAYS AFTER a fraudulent charge to this company in the amount of $4322.16. How this was even possible with the card in my wallet, is beyond me. But someone at this shell company is stealing money electronically, and laundering it.

In an effort to go with a local company instead of a big box store, I have now learned my lesson. I was assured that returning unused wood in a timely manner would not be a problem, until I returned unused wood (3 days after purchasing it). When I received my reimbursement I was hit with a 15% fee. I would have given them a 1 start had I not seen the return policy small sign on my way out (after returning the wood). What a disappointment. I wont be returning back here.

If you live in Fallbrook this is the best place to buy lumber. They even beat Home Depot or Lowes when it came to pricing and quality. Very friendly and informative staff.

Every time I go to get some lumber, Marvin is so helpful & patient, walking me through any questions I have. Wood is always good quality and they load it up with a smile. Pine Tree is my go-to lumber spot and will continue to be!

Pinetree Lumber is great. This is one of the last real lumberyards in San Diego and it's right here in Fallbrook! As a contractor and homeowner they are a real asset. Hope they stay here another 50 years.

I will shop here again. The staff here are helpful and nice and seem to care and want your business. I needed to return an item and had lost my receipt. Julie (i think her name was), helped me out and handled my return. The guys in the yard area are also nice and responsive. I would recommend Pine Tree Lumber in Fallbrook. Eric S.
