I been a loyal customer with timberline Moulding for 25 years and never had a problem with their professional service and they have always answer my questions and have given me their best advice and that's important because it's helped me do a better service and step above my competitors on revenue and classy transparency

Be careful. Unless you look like a stereotypical contractor they don't give you the correct base/trim. I was looking for a specific color, width & height. One of the warehouse guys cut me something not even close. When I sent a photo to the head contractor he laughed, and asked if a monkey picked it out? I said, "Nope this is what a female contractor is given and told "to make it work".
Basically I would have had to make the wood thicker with magic? Then, when I asked about special ordering they told me the item I wanted didn't exist .AND that I needed to pay for the trim the warehouse cut already (3 feet) from a 5'4" x 5'4" blonde valley guy behind the main desk. Same guy who told me to "make it work". He gave me so much attitude I started laughing. Sorry, but 1980s "mean guys" are funny.
But really it was immature and rude. In conclusion, I went to a professional to match the trim I needed for the existing custom cabinetry in the 6 million dollar home being renovating. A grown up helped me match it, no problem. I rarely run into businesses like this. But I expect people working in this industry to be professional so as to not waste anyone's time and resources.

I can not believe the customer service! Ryan was rude, unprofessional, and made the experience awful! I was sent to get a few samples for my contractor and had no idea where to start. Ryan clearly hated his job and customers in general. He was not very articulate, was eating peanuts while he tried to interact with me and was difficult to understand. He seemed impatient, unprofessional and unwilling to answer questions. I am so disappointed and will be asking our contractor for another moulding wholesale option.

Excellent prices, excellent customer service, and great selection. I tell you, I went to Home Depot to get some crowns and they were charging $2.00 to $4.00/sq ft. for the basic moldings. Lowe's - even worst. I saved $1.30 /sq ft at Timberline and they have a much better selection. Great customer service, those guys were very helpful. 5 stars in my book.
