I purchased window inserts from Soundproofing America for my house in 2019, in the hopes they would reduce my energy bill and reduce outside noise intrusion. After two years of leaving the product in my windows all the time, there has been no difference in my energy bill nor a reduction in exterior sound intrusion. So unfortunately from my experience, I cannot recommend the product. I regret making the purchase.
