Maintenance Free Outdoor

"Maintenance-Free" Outdoor Solutions installed a gate for our dealership in 2019 and one of the posts was not installed correctly. It has continuously sunk since being installed causing our gate to not be aligned properly anymore. We were told the gate sunk due to "settling, " but it is outside its 1 year warranty so we would have to pay to have it repaired.

The post should have been installed with a wider and deeper concrete setting. For the price we paid for the installation, we would expect the this company to make things right. We do not recommend this business.

Just recently had a beautiful vinyl privacy fence installed, replacing a chain link fence. I can't say enough good things about Ben and Brian. The work took longer than expected because of weather--too much rain--and some unexpected challenges. I so appreciated their approach and they really went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Have recommended them to my neighbors and everyone loves the fence. A++

We just had your company install a new plastic privacy fence along our backyard. When we bought our home last year the sides were fenced with white plastic privacy fence, but the back fence was the neighbor's old wooden privacy fence. It is in bad shape and looks terrible. Your company is close by us so we decided to stop in last week to see about matching the side fences.

I'm happy that we did. You had the matching fence in stock and were able to install it 6 days later. We are very pleased with the price we paid, and more than satisfied with the workmenship. The 2 installers, Shane and Eric did a fantastic job. They were very friendly and professional. They left our yard looking great. Not a speck of debris was left from the installation of our fence. I love my new privacy fence, just finished install today. Rory & Steven were awesome to work with, on time, very friendly, very respectful, they took their time explaining what they were going to do, then had me go through using the gate lock so I would know how to use it. I think that hard workers like them are hard to come by, thank you both so much!

Absolutely unacceptable. Customer service here is the poorest I've ever experienced with a professional installer. Initially it was just hard to get ahold of someone, a few calls and emails went unanswered- that I understand, sometimes your just exceedingly busy. But then, once I finally got an appt to look at a fence installed by the company and the homes previous owner (within the last 10 years) to get assessments on some repair and alterations- the repairman's behavior (Tony) was the last straw.

He showed up around 3 hours early without coordinating in any way although I took the afternoon off work to make our appt. On top of that, he did not look at all the areas requested and had nothing but circumstances (ones that existed when the fence was installed) to blame for the state of the fence. When I requested he come at the appointed time he refused and was unhelpful through all our correspondence. Edit: Tim came at the original appt.time to discuss and was very helpful and accommodating and offered free advice and took down enough info to make a good quote. Thank you for shooting at setting things right Tim.

My experience with Maintenance Free Outdoor Solutions was Wonderful! During the estimating process everything was explained in great detail so that I could make the best decision on my fence. The day of installation went very smoothly. Everyone was on-time, neat and polite. MFOS is a great company to work with and I LOVE my fence!

My wife and I are very pleased with our new aluminum fence. There were several companies to chose from but we decided with Maintenance Free because we felt they were honest and offered the best value overall. Plus - their experienced and their installers were full--time, not third-party. We also appreciated what they call their maintenance-free advantage program.

The salesman Tony, that visited our home was very knowledgeable, and friendly. The estimate he gave us was competitive and thorough. We ran into a hiccup during the install after noticing that the big boulders in our backyard caused a spot where our dogs could stand on the boulders and jump over a section of the fence. We mentioned this to Tony and they resolved the problem, quickly, by ordering a custom-piece that fixed the problem.

We could not be more pleased with our fence, the product and support we received from Maintenance-Free Outdoor Solutions. We had a wood fence at our old home. I admit, that was a pain since I had to stain and maintain it year after year. We invested in a maintenance free so we could avoid that hassle, have a better look overall and we believe, increase the overall property value of our home. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new fence.

MFOS did a beautiful job installing our fence. We live on a busy corner in the city and our fence provides us with the privacy we hoped for. I also want to say an extra "thank you" to the company and crew because when we had the 50 plus mile per hour winds a week ago, they came back to inspection it since the concrete was new and not quite set and they did any necessary repairs. We will recommend them to everyone.

From the estimate to the installation, this was a wonderful experience. They knew I needed the fence for my pup who was jumping my old one and they got me taken care of the day before I left on vacation, making life for my dog sitter much easier. The work was completed in one day as promised and my yard looked beautiful when I got home from work. They not only asked where I wanted any extra dirt, they moved it and filled in a hole where I had a tree taken out. The new fence is absolutely beautiful and my yard looked better than when they started. I highly recommend Maintenance-Free for your fencing needs!

This is the 2nd time we purchased aluminum fencing & railing with installation from Maintenance-Free Outdoor solutions. Tim & the entire staff have been great to work with. Mike & Nick just finished installation of additional fencing & railing around landings & steps on our patios. They were all professional & friendly, making the experience a pleasant one.

They reviewed work to be performed based on sketch & work instructions provided by Tony prior to installation with me. Installation was completed with no issues. Job site was cleaned & left just as it was prior to installation. I would highly recommend the Maintenance-Free Outdoor Solutions, Inc to anyone in need of their products & services.

This company is highly recemmended! They r very professional and their work is very clean & precise! Definately theirs bids come in lower! I will use them again for my landscaping and retaining walls!
