Lakeside workers coming to my house are wonderfully thorough and competent - just great dependable people. We had difficulty with the original design consultant who did not do her job thoroughly and as I understand was let go before my job was started. Her inadequacies lead to all material not being here on time causing a delay in progress; additionally Ferguson who supplied items were not forthcoming on higher end items being delayed.

I do not hold Lakeside accountable for this - they have done everything they could do to fix things and move along work. Overall while not quite complete my bathroom looks beautiful. It's a 5 star job all around except for the delays - and hard to entirely blame them for a bad hire during COVID which was the source of the delays. My business has had similar problems in getting good employees. The Lakeside staff I am working with now are outstanding and I do intend to use them for future flooring work I need

I can't say enough about the project manager, who came by often and addressed every concern. I had hired a general contractor who was supposed to be the overseer for me of the project and was to deal with the manager/crew, but he had a family conflict. Turns out I didn't really need him; Brandon and the crew, I felt, were honest and responsive and knowledgeable."

Choosing Lakeside to complete my basement renovation was the absolute right decision for my family. Every single Lakeside person was top-notch professional, starting with Elijah and Tiffany, including Chris, James, Josh and the entire construction crew. Just the best renovation experience I could have asked for. I LOVE the new basement and bathroom!

Lakeside replaced our old siding with Hardie Board. They did a great job! The crew showed up on time and did what they said they would do. They were always professional and took care of any little issue before everything was complete. The siding was really straight and square, and our home looks like a new house again. I would certainly recommend them for any construction project, based on the great job they did, and how easy it was to work with them.

Kitchen Renovation - Permits- Demo- Framing- New Hardwood Floors - Electrical - Plumbing-Ventilation-Drywall. Upper Management stressed the need to be responsive to their team. Quality of work was top notch.

We had an existing covered patio.wanted to screen it in, but also didn't want a standard "screen door" due to the design of the steps leading to the attached (uncovered) patio. Andy (our salesperson) found the right option for us and Chris (Project Manager) managed the project from beginning to end.and they began on the day they said they would! We are loving our new screen room! Thanks Andy & Chris (and all your helpers!).

Lakeside Renovation and Design is great and did an amazing job putting up new siding/soffits/gutters on my 100 year old home. Their work exceeded my expectations and my house looks better than it did when it was built. The entire staff was helpful and friendly and took the time to walk me through options and the overall project. The cost aligned with the estimate, they were on time, and I would recommend them to family and friends

The team at Lakeside led by Joe Z, Brenden, and Brandon completed a Hardie Board siding, gutter, and window project on our entire home. These guys were awesome (5 Stars). I mean My project is kinda sorta done. after starting to project late I assume because of covid and no one wanting to work. The start date was pushed back several times over a 3 month period I feel the project was rushed even after that. I feel bad even leaving a bad review because this company did a amazing job doing my garage. But the interior work I'm so unhappy with just a horrible experience in my option I could have done this work for a fraction of the costs.

Then they had the nerve to message me today asking for a partial final payment. The more I look the more I find The workers were amazing and did the best they could under the circumstances. I'm shocked to see others pictures with such great work then mine just felt kinda half way done. The work is good but the small details are not. I'd suggest finding a different company instead of rolling the dice with this company I'll update you once they find a way to fix things.

Overall positive experience. We had a fireplace remodel with built-in shelves done - the work was high quality and the workers were great. When we ran into an issue related to TV mounting/fireplace venting, they were able to come up with an innovative solution by fabricating a steel bracket. Matt in particular was great to work with and responsive.

We contracted with Lakeside to remodel our master bedroom. The project involved installation of matching baseboard, wainscoting, and door casement to match other rooms in our home, plus new molding to create a coffered ceiling. Some additional electrical work included new recessed lighting and replacing the ceiling fan. Finally, the entire bedroom was painted. Lakeside's work was outstanding. They fully understood our design goals and completed the project on-time. This is our second project with Lakeside and we recommend them highly.

Siding and Remodeling: Lakeside was the best company we've worked with thus far. Prior to choosing them we had other companies (like Agape) come out to only tell us that our job wasn't big enough for them! Lakeside took our job (which was a BIG deal to us) they worked with us on the design, their crew was amazing, professional and very detailed in their individual crafts.

We began working on our Forever Home with Lakeside installing our siding, before moving inside. They finished before time, but took the extra estimated time to brush up on the fine points. Everyone was respectful, listened to our concerns and addressed any issues we had. Lakesides renovations are comparable to "Love it or List it" and right up there with the "Property Brothers".
