I want to thank Larry for working with us. A lady I cut grass for had them fix a leak on her roof. There was a lot of misunderstanding on her part and with dealing with insurance. There was some miscommunication along the way. Larry spent alot of time working with her. Issues have been resolved and she now has peace of mind.

I called Mid State to schedule an appointment for an estimate. The person I talked with was friendly and took my info and told me someone would be calling me to set up the day and time. I waited a little over 3 weeks and heard nothing so I called them back. I was then told Mid State does not give estimates for residential customers. I told the person I was talking to that it would have been nice if someone called me to tell me this instead of having me wait for nothing.

I got the feeling from her that I was not important at all. She then asked me if I would like them to come out for $300+ minimum charge and do the work, if it was going to cost more I would be responsible for paying that. I would like to be able to put such things as a roof repair into my budget so I would need an estimate first. Needless to say I told her I would be giving my business to another company. If you have a leak Mid State will NOT TAKE A PEEK as their commercial states.

Mid State won the bid on my house, garage, and shed because they are responsive, positive, prompt, and knowledgeable about residential roofing options. Austin, Blake, Edna, Tim and others treated me and this job with respect and professionalism. Customer service and quality mean very much. This was a multi faceted job requiring coordination with other licensed professionals. Mid State was very patient during the process.

This is my second time using Mid State Roofing for my roofing repairs. The first time was approximately 4 years ago and quality work was provided at that time as well. This time around I will be honest in that I first contacted another company who had been recommended to me. All was fine with the other company until they told me it would be a month before they could do the repairs.

I had already located a small spot of water intrusion on my living room ceiling, which is what prompted me to seek roof repairs, and so, I could NOT wait a month. I contacted Mid State this past Tuesday and spoke with Blake to inquire if Mid State could help me sooner versus later. On Wednesday I confirmed an appointment for today, Friday. Thankfully, Tim was able to repair my roof this afternoon before the thunderstorms rolled in. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. Thank you Mid State!

I own my own business and I can honestly tell you that Mid State Roofing sets expectations and then blows them out of the water. I use them for everything roof related from commercial to residential. They are awesome. They take pictures of damages and keep you posted on the job status. Best of all the job is done quickly and done right. Thank you Mid State!

I called Mid State Roofing on July 6 after hearing multiple ads on the radio about them and how wonderful their service was, from small jobs to large. I needed someone to take a look at my gable vents on either side of my roof, as the wood appeared to be rotten and one side of one of the vents had shifted out away from the side of the house and there was a large hole there.

I needed to know if a repair was possible or if I needed to replace. The man on the phone informed me that it may be a couple of weeks before someone got into contact with me to come out because they were dealing with repairs from a recent storm. I said that was fine and gave him all my information: name, address, phone number. To this day, October 2, I have NEVER received a return phone call from anyone at Mid State Roofing and have since had to seek service from someone else. Now every time I hear the Mid State ad on the radio, I am reminded of how the work on my house must not have been big or important enough.

I have used Mid State Roofing on several projects. I have always had prompt, professional & quality service. They are a family owned business that puts the Customers needs first. I would reccomend anyone with residential or commercial roofing needs to give them a call. Michael Olmstead is a valuable asset to their company and I look forward to the next project in the future.

I have been using them for years, they are always prompt, polite and do a very good job. Their prices for jobs have been the lowest price of multiple estimates we've had on those jobs. They were able to do an entire roof of a garage that had an old asphalt roof, with a membrane roof and had this roof that is 40 feet wide by 70 feet long done in a single day and they assisted in moving the equipment on it out of the way and then putting it back.
