In 2005, Quality Window Screen Company was established in the garage of Dan Roland in the Dallas/Fort Worth region of Texas. As a state with very high temperatures in the summer, there was an apparent need for a screened solution to help cool homes and businesses without high energy bills. Working as a local supplier, he catered to the needs of residents in the area, helping them screen and shade their homes. The screens were able to cool homes more than 10 degrees, which made a huge impact. It wasn't long before Roland realized that the business could live and prosper online.

I found qualitywindowscreen.com via Google when we were trying to buy window screens to replace 2 screens that had completely broke. Initially I was a bit hesitant about ordering from a place I've never heard of before, but they really proved themselves through the extremely responsible customer service when the manufacturing was delayed due to Covid-19, and when the product was shipped, I was really impressed with how sturdy the shipment container was. Both screens came out exactly as specified and I was able to install them effortlessly. I highly recommend this business if you need to buy or repair screens.

We ordered new custom screens of various sizes for a screened in porch. They were very patient with helping us through the process. Shipping to Maryland took a little while due to Covid but everything arrived in tact. We messed up one of the screen measurements and they promptly sent us a new one. It was our mistake not theirs. I will definitely use them again if I have to replace our screens.

Great service (thanks, Amanda!) and excellent quality and workmanship! This my first effort at screening in a porch and with Amanda's help walking me through the whole process, it came out better than I had hoped it would. Delivered when they promised and packaged VERY well.not a nick or scratch on any of the product being shipped from TX to upstate NY. If I could give this company 6 stars out of 5, I would!

Our experience with Quality Screen has been a disappointment from start to finish. It took them over a month to process our order. We had to call them to find out what was going on, and they couldn't find our screen. After 2 other calls, they found the screen. When it arrived, there were no directions for installation. The door latch was too large for the door and my husband had to come up with an alternative method of latching the door. The door cost over $200 and I feel that we should have had a better experience than we had.

I ordered some screen frame from this company to repair some bent up insect screens in my home. I was concerned how the frame stock would be shipped knowing how difficult it would be to keep these delicate 7 foot long pieces from being damaged in shipment. And by mistake I doubled my order for corners. So from Monday morning to Tuesday noon these folks straightened out my order, packed my order in an indestructible box, and delivered to my doorstep a thousand miles away. Top quality, competitive price, perfect pack and ship, and exceptional customer service - thanks QSC - five stars anytime for this kind of work.

Dear Quality Screen Door Company, Since I am unable to successfully solve the problem through contacting your customer service department via email, I'd thought it would be able to get an answer this way as well as be able to allow everyone the feedback from the screens for our double French door. It's been a month since we have installed our screen.
The first two weeks the screen closes well and latches without a problem but after that, the screen, when it is unlatched, the screens gets stuck mid-way or farther and does not retract all the way. In some circumstances, the screen does not pull back evening, leaving the screen to get detached on the bottom leaving the unprotected screens on the bottom to pop out. Secondly, the two screen doors does not to latch on easily and typically requires you to slam it close in order for it latch on and stay latched - surly closing the screen doors this way will ensure the screen door will not last as long as I anticipate.
For paying more than $500 for the screen, I would expect more it to last much longer than 2 weeks. Customer Service, Amanda, claims that I must pay additional fees to have the screen rework as I was the one who slams the door. Well, I'm asking if the screen latched on the first time I try to close it, I would have to use force to close it in the first place.
The screen is clearly a manufacture problem but the customers have to pay for the defect. This is certainly ridiculous. If I don't get this problem resolve, at least the social media community will understand the issues I'm going through before placing orders.

I purchased numerous sun screen several years ago from Quality Screen; that was an excellent transaction--high quality; reasonable price. When I moved to another house, I order my sun screens also through Quality Screen. This time there was a hick-up in production: actually there were three--the order had to be re-done 2 times after the first production due to manufacturing quality issues.
The Customer Service office oversaw the redos until the order was done to the company's high standards. Even though there was a significant delay in receiving my screens, Quality Screen made sure they were made to order and with high production standards before they were eventually shipped. To off-set the delay of final production and shipment, Quality Screen gave me a partial credit to make up for the delay.
What's important here is that the Quality Screen company wouldn't ship substandard screens to me and were very proactive in the delayed manufacturing process, and in the end, they made up for the delay with an appropriate credit. Truly, I have not had such personal, honest, and pro-active customer service from any other company. When things didn't go as planned--which happens in the best of companies--Quality Screen bird-dogged the process to make it right in the end. To that end, I highly recommend this company.
