Gerry was SUPER helpful when helping me pick out a vinyl wood flooring. We ended up getting an amazing close out deal. My husband and I laid the flooring in our home and had a hiccup when we ripped up the carpet in the final room. We called Gerry and he had his guys out at our house the next day to level out floors and finish laying the vinyl floors the following day. Amazing customer service, great product, and Rene and his guys were very professional and did a great job finishing our floors.

Marty was a fantastic help to us in choosing the right flooring for our needs. He even recommended two other stores that sell less expensive carpeting because we didn't need the higher end carpeting Ged's sold, because of the specific purpose we needed it for. You just can't find that kind of service nowadays.

We had a wonderful experience with Ged's! Our sales representative Marty Chappell was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about everything to do with floors; I recommend you seek him out to work with you on your project. He was very efficient, had quick response times with emails we sent, and was patient with our change orders, which we were very appreciative to be able to take care of electronically.

We were able to set everything up very easily and schedule install within a few days. The install technicians were beyond impressive in their professionalism, helpfulness, and above all their craftsmanship was flawless -our floors are beautiful!

Had a chance to stop by this flooring store, boy can I say they had some of the best deals! Right as soon as I got in the door I had a staff member greet me and was super nice (Marty). Once I found the product I need, I was able to sit and talk with the sales associate Marty, he was easy to work with and was able to get me set up with the time and date that was needed.

On the day of pick the loaders we super fast and helped me out. All in all this place was awesome definitely plan on coming back to get all my products here. Great experience. Been upgrading the house one room at a time and GED's Floor and Jason have worked with us on selecting the best flooring material and scheduling the installs within our schedules, especially working with other contractors. Floors look great. Trim and baseboards are perfect - no gaps and tight around the entire room and doors.

Ryan, was so helpful and friendly to us last Saturday. We placed an order that day and today he called me like he promised to let me know the product is not available until 03/25. Most likely we will have them install our floor, he gave me a quote that day. Ryan is the best, he also mentioned that he will send me one of his best guys to take care of us! Update: We decided to do the installation with Ged's. Ryan called immediately when the floors came in.

The installation was done on 04/04 and he did sent me one of the best guys to do the job, Kelly. He was wonderful and very friendly. We are very happy with our new floors and below you can see how beautiful our room looks. We will definitely use them again for future projects. Thanks Ryan for proving great customer service and for making sure the job was done efficiently!

We have purchased flooring from Ged's several times. Our most recent purchase was for two bedrooms. We replaced old carpet with laminate flooring. The salesman, Jason Edwards, was not only friendly, but very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He kept us informed of every step of the installation. The installers were friendly and proficient. We love our new floors! We recommend Ged's and Jason!

Came to purchase tile for our backsplash. They have a great selection plus excellent customer service and quality of products.

I usually do not write reviews as I am a very skeptical person when it comes to those writing the reviews, but I feel the need to write this review since I am not a customer of Ged's and did not buy any product from their store. If you are wondering how I can write a review of a vendor that I did not purchase from, it is because of the assistance Gerry, the owner, has been giving us on a recent flooring purchase we made from another vendor (who happened to be highly recommended by a relative).

We had problems with what I would call pockmocks where the wood filler was coming out and our original vendor wasn't able to help, so on a whim we called Ged's and spoke with Jerry to see if he could help since he sold the same flooring. Ged's had no financial interest in us and really no reason to help other than "it was the right thing to do". Gerry has come to our house several times to see the problem for himself and to bring a floor repair tech to see what he could do.

Bottom line - Gerry is working on getting a resolution with the manufacturer on our behalf even though we did not choose Ged's because that is the type of organization they are. Impressive! I recommend them to everyone looking for a high quality and customer service flooring store, I assure you will not be disappointed.

We had our entire house remodeled with new floors and we chose Ged's because the quality of their LVP flooring is Double if not more than what you find at the other stores and for about the same price. Their installers were awesome and did a wonderful job. We are loving our new floors! Thanks Adam Chase for all of your help!

Make sure you count everything. I ordered 18 pieces when I got home I had 15, they do not care. Yes my fault for not counting but silly me I trust people. The boxes were taped so I assumed they had counted them. They had not counted them they just accepted that it was 18 from the vendor like I did. I had to purchase the 3 pieces again. Update I received a phone call from Ged's and the situation was handled. I appreciate the time taken to take care of what I am sure seemed like a small problem to most people. I received the missing tile and an apology.

Marty at GED's Flooring was by far the best salesman ever to work with. He listened to our vision for our home and led right to the perfect products. We purchased three types of flooring from him and have received nothing but great compliments from our house guests. Also, the flooring crew that installed our carpet in the bedrooms was great! They were punctual, respectful and made it look amazing!

Our sales guy, Jason, was easy to work with and professional. He made everything convenient for us starting by helping us choose the best floors for our needs. The crew that came out were fantastic and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and even walked us thru after the work was done. Very happy! I highly recommend Ged's floor store for any of your floor upgrades. Many choices to choose from and AFFORDABLE.

We bought wood flooring and granite countertops from Geds. Great customer service and quick easy and clean installation of all. Pricing was better than other places. After two years the floor still looks new. Counter top always gets people's attention and compliments. Love it.

Rusty helped us at the store with the process of buying the floor. He did a great job of explaining the different types of flooring. The only complaint, which was not his fault I guess, was the sign that stated "zero interest for 18 months" was incorrect. It was zero months for a year because of the economic times as they are right now, Rusty said.

I think they should change the sign or have a disclaimer. Other than that, everything went smoothly. The crew showed up on time and had everything done in about two days. Rene and his crew were very respectful and did a great job! Love the new flooring. It looks amazing!

Walked in to view options that our builder are using that we couldn't see in person and Ged's was listed as a Shaw flooring dealer. I spoke with a salesman named Marty who was EXTREMELY rude and completely refused business to me because I am going through my builder, and then proceeded to yell at me and tell my builder to show me a sample. TERRIBLE customer service and down right refused to even help me.

We had been to another big name floor store and decided to stop by Ged's just to confirm we were getting a good deal. We sat down with Rusty and explained our job. He was very knowledgable, gave us options on vinyl tiles that ended up saving us money but were as durable as some higher priced tiles. We signed a contract that day, and the installers were at our house a week later. The installers did a great job and our house looks like a model now. Thank you Ged's and thank you Rusty!

Amazed with the carpet pricing. They definitely beat all competition. They were $1000 cheaper than Home Depot. We also had baseboards installed and painted. Great customer service. Don't waste your time going anywhere else go to Ged's. They have a ton of selections. Our house feels new after getting it all done.

Bought my wood flooring here. Worked with Jerry Jr. Sweet guy, knowledgeable in the industry! Customer service was great, great product. Picked up wood myself instead of using their delivery service. met the warehouse staff, very good people. I've always been a fan of small business stuff. glad we worked with them.

Have used GEDs and Billy several times now. Each time the service and attention to detail has been extraordinary. Billy makes every effort to get you the install date you want and the carpet that is best for your needs. It is a pleasure doing business with him and Ged's. Home Depot and Lowe's should take lessons from them.

Have to say they did a great job. Not sure if I was lucky, but we dealt with Marty and he was excellent. We where trying to match some older carpet and he showed us around the floor until we found one that matched perfectly. The installers showed up on-time and did a good job as well. Would recommend and use them again!

I had to replace my wood floors because of a water leak. Gerry, Jr was extremely professional and great keeping me updated each step of the way. He sent the Roberto team to install. They were very cautious and when the slab was reading super moist they made sure to have the correct products to protect the warranties. Because the slab started heaving, I had to stop them from laying any flooring.

They had completed about 1/3. I know this messed up their scheduling, but both Gerry JR and Roberto kept a smile on their faces. They were just wonderful! The floors are finished and look great! I will have them out to install different floors in the bathrooms soon. Definitely recommend Ged's (Gerry and Team Roberto)!

Bought some porcelain tile. Opened the first box to find half of them chipped. When I brought them back we were barely in the door when Brett walked to us, saw the tile we had, said they'd had a problem with that tile and would we like to trade out or have our money back? Very pleasant return.

I would like to rate them a 3 star on customer service however the quality, availability, options, pricing and the knowledge they provide exceeds the sale reps. I'm so happy with the wood porcelain tile we bought. I went in at 9 am during the week and was helped right away. The sales rep will treat you like if we are the experts kinda like like a "yeah, duh" attitude.

I really had to deal with him since they had what I needed for much cheaper than surplus floors. The guy who load is extremely professional and efficient! If you can tolerate a little macho then go for it!

We purchased carpeting and vinyl flooring from Ged's for our home in 2016 to replace our old carpeting and tile. The pricing was excellent as well as the installation. Over time, our vinyl flooring started to tent due to a manufacturer defect. Jerry Sr. sent an inspector to evaluate the flooring and it was determined that the flooring should be replaced. Jerry Sr. was true to his word and replaced our vinyl flooring.

During the transition, vinyl flooring has come a long way and we have an excellent limestone vinyl flooring product which is of high quality. We paid a slight difference in an upgrade of our choosing along with the improved underlay. The installers, Rene's team, did an outstanding job. We will definitely shop at Ged's again for any home improvement needs in the future.

We recently bought a house and wanted to change out the carpet in two rooms to hardwood. Jerry (spelling?) Jr. was incredible. As first time homeowners, this was our first encounter and the process was starting to feel overwhelming. what type of floors, color, style, size, etc. Jerry was along for the ride with answers to every question and opinions to share when my husband and I weren't sure on something. Frank and Kelly did the install, they were professional, timely, and did great work. We are very happy with the service and overall results.
