This place is one hidden gem that I highly recommend for all your glass and mirror needs. The cost is phenomenal. I priced nearly a dozen places for a custom mirror for a bathroom remodel and it was, in many cases, half the cost of the other places. Not only was the cost very favorable, the service was exceptional. John and another gentleman help carry and package the glass for transport in my small little beater truck ( YAY, for Toyota's bullet proof reliability).

As a reminder, if your picking up.glass, be sure you bring some moving blankets (Harbor Frieght), cardboard and ratcheting straps. These folks are top notch and are very courteous and helpful. Good peeps and good service.highly recommend and great pricing.they don't do installation, but delivery was pricey, but it would be offset with the savings.good luck folks!

Had a very easy and straightforward experience with 55 glass! i needed a certain size glass table top for my dining table base, and i called, gave them measurements, paid over the phone, and picked up a few days later. couldn't have been easier. the staff also helped with loading and gave extra bumper stickers. thanks 55 glass! tip: they were the lowest priced out of 4 glass cutters in the LA area!

Sales staff was fantastic! Jonathan and Cindy were both really nice and they were able to provide a 60 round glass table top with a beveled edge on the fly. They are a GREAT resource for film projects. I will be back.

I purchased a glass top for my coffee table and a large custom mirror. The team was extremely helpful when deciding on sizing and thickness. I was able to take the glass top with me same day! I bought a brand new desk with a white top, and I noticed a few scratches. I went online to buy a pad, but what I got was a piece of crap. Then I realized I should just buy an entire glass piece to cover it, I sent the size to 55 glass, and a few days later I had exactly what I needed it's perfect and it will keep my desk from getting scratches.

Dean and the guys here were all very nice and hospitable. I came in looking for a glass table top, not really knowing what to look for other than the diameter I needed. They showed me the different types of edges and polishes, and I ended up finding a nice 1/2 thick top with flat-polished sides that really complemented the base I paired it with.

Dean is the man! Great service, best prices in the whole nation. I searched online for a specific 41 x 67 glass for my coffee table and Dean is the only person that took care of it. Dean, you kick-ass! Best customer service in the world!

Maybe it was the time, I went at 1:30 pm on a Thursday to pick up an order of glass to protect living room tables, but the traffic was heavy and there was no parking I had to park in their drive way to pick up my order. I came back on Alameda, there were lots of trucks, but once I cross the 10 Fwy traffic was a lot better.

I've used 55 Glass for 2 small custom glass projects and just ordered another piece today. They are excellent, great service, great glass - beautifully made. They didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions and they accurately explained what certain techniques meant and what the end result would be. I've gotten quotes from two different glass places in Los Angeles and they were both like $100 more than the quote this crew gave me. Love them! Highly recommend :

I needed a small pieces of glass to fit into a window frame of my 1933 Spanish style home and I was able to get one here in about 10 minutes. I can't say if that would be possible if they were busy but I was lucky in the timing. Price was very reasonable and everyone was helpful. I'll be back when I need more glass, which oddly I foresee in the near future.

This is the second time I have ordered glass from 55 Glass. I needed a replacement piece of glass for a desktop and they were very helpful over the phone - helping me to select the right piece of glass for that application. Ordering was easy (and the price was VERY reasonable) and the glass was ready in the time frame they quoted me. When I got to the shop, they helped me load the glass into my vehicle to make sure it would travel safely, which it did. I plan on using 55 Glass again whenever I need glass - a high quality operation and product!

I had a piece of glass made to fit for a desk and they did an excellent job. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly, Dean even gave me recommendations on how to best complete my project. I just set the desk up and it looks great! For the price and the customer service, you can't do better.

Ordered all my glass top requirements for my dining table, living room set center and side tables, bedroom dresser and side tables, and TV stand from 55 Glass. It was all delivered within a week! Now that's what I call quality service. Btw, make sure you measure all your Furnitures precisely. Do not rely on the measurements given by the factory that goes with your furniture the first time you bought it.

More often than not, those measurements are not accurate. That's the case in all my Furnitures which I bought in Ashley. Lastly, it's easy to deal with Cindy and Dean. Thank you, guys! Kudos to your business!

They were very helpful in arranging my order. I've been repurposing an antique, rebuilding it and I needed a very specific cut/style for my design. I don't know anything about glass and they coached me through my options till we found exactly what I needed. After placing my order they had it done in 3 days. I just picked up my order today and installed it.

It's perfect! My only frustration was their hours. They have restricted Mon-Fri hours and I (like a lot of other people) work Mon-Fri. I had a hard time finding a way to come pick it up. I would recommend that they at least open up a small window on Saturdays for pick-ups.

I strongly recommend the work and customer service of 55 Glass (also called Raymond's on the building) I had been calling around for hours trying to find a piece of black/dark mirror glass and only these guys had it! I specifically spoke with Deane and he was super helpful and very nice. If go through the effort of figuring out what you want, they can provide your glass needs. They are straight shooters and I imagine they offer near wholesale prices. Johnathan helped with my request on a custom cut replacement window. I had a need for a simple single pane untreated glass and they cut on the spot. They have over 20+ years experience in the business as well. Based on my experience, I was not disappointed. Give the try.
