A flushometer is an automatically timed or self-closing valve with an equal pressure of water in the upper and lower chamber that keeps the rubber diaphragm tightly closed. When you push the flush handle, it activates a relief valve that tilts the diaphragm or piston just enough to allow water to flow from the upper chamber to the lower chamber, and that allows pressurized water to displace the diaphragm or piston.
Each year, flushing uses billions of gallons of water in the United States. In addition to the environmental impact of such high consumption of natural resources, this level of water usage necessitates new infrastructure construction to treat and transport wastewater. Waterless urinals offer an alternative option to help decrease water usage.
There are many types of faucets, and when upgrading your commercial kitchen or bathroom, touchless faucets offer a wide range of benefits that may make them the ideal choice. Touchless commercial faucets are available in different types to meet various functional and aesthetic needs. Touchless faucets only turn on when you need them to and automatically turn off.
Most commonly found in public restrooms, touch-free soap dispensers are an efficient and hygienic method of dispensing a controlled amount of soap or hand sanitizer. These devices offer a number of advantages when compared to standard soap dispensers. Touch-free soap dispensers are often utilized in hospitals and schools, although they offer advantages in a wide array of settings. When the user places their hand beneath the nozzle, it activates the dispenser's sensor and triggers the release of soap.
Lubrication is critical to the maintenance of virtually every type of production equipment. It ensures equipment runs smoothly, reduces equipment wear, and prevents equipment failures that lead to unplanned downtime and expensive repairs. Although manual lubrication is the standard method of lubrication for many production facilities, it is not always ideal, which can lead to a variety of equipment issues; insufficient lubrication can lead to excessive friction, wear, and abrasion that damage parts, while over-lubrication can cause waste and be bad for equipment.
