We manufacture Grout Bags and Grout Stop as well as other masonry tools for many major tool companies and direct to masonry, building material yards as well as concrete block and brick manufacturers.
Our Blue Tip Grout Bag is made of 100% cotton laminated with 6 mil PVC plastic. The Blue Tip Grout Bag soft plastic tip can easily be cut to control flow of grout reducing clogs. The Blue Tip Grout Bag seams are heat fused together creating a strong tight seal eliminating blow outs. The Blue Tip Grout Bag has a smooth waterproof PVC inner lining that helps grout flow and cleaning of the bag.
Sewn Grout Bags are manufactured with heavy duty nylon 69 thread for extended service and is approximately 23" in length with an opening of 11". Our heat sealed Vinyl Grout Bag is heat welded, so it is smooth inside with no visible seams and is 23" in length with an opening of 13". We are able to screen print the name of your company on each Grout Bag for a nominal additional charge.
Grout Stop also know as Grout Block or lintel screen or mortar suspension is 1/4" x 1/4" polypropylene plastic netting that is cut and rolled into 100 foot rolls. Grout Stop prevents grout from falling through block core and maintains a positive bond in the mortar joint. We offer private labeling Grout Stop with your company information and shrink wrap in clear plastic each roll at no extra charge.
