Rio Stones

I contacted Rio Stones to purchase a quartz countertop for our master bath vanity. Syed was extremely helpful and immediately sent photos of material he had in stock including sizes and pricing. Since the bath vanity was larger than the standard size, the countertop had to be a jumbo slab which is harder to source. Syed helped us find the exact size that we needed at an excellent price. Syed is very responsive and has gone out of his way to ensure that we found the countertop we were looking for. His responsiveness and customer service is excellent and we will definitely be reaching out to Syed and Rio Stones for our next project.

Syed provided my wife and I great service by spending time explaining the difference between the types of quartz slabs available in the showroom that helped us quickly narrowed down our selection of a quartz slab that best fits the style of our remodeled kitchen. Thank you, Chris and Celia

I'm fairly easy to please as I am what folks would describe as easygoing. Nevertheless, it's hard for me to find good customer service, especially as a Black man in the US. I went to a very popular place in Anaheim as I was recommended to go there and was treated very poorly. Discouraged by that encounter, I decided to search LA county for stone countertops and stumbled onto Rio Stones.

For a place with cold stone slabs, it was very warm and welcoming. Upon walking through the door, I was immediately greeted by Syed Husain and treated with respect and dignity. The showroom was immaculate and was set up to allow customers to make a well-informed decision on a substantial purchase. Syed allowed my wife and me to ask as many questions as we needed to decide on the countertops we needed for our kitchen remodel.

We pulled the trigger just a few moments ago on two beautiful quartz slabs and can't wait for them to be installed. I would highly advise anyone that values their dignity and respect to spend their money where they are wanted. Rio Stones seems the be the place for us! Thanks!

Went in a number of times to view selection and received wonderful service. The rep was always present to answer questions. Finally made a decision based off a quartzite slab they had in the showroom. I needed 2 slabs and was told the one's in their Vegas location were from the same lot. Proceeded with purchase and when signing, there's a section stating how there are no returns.

I asked to see pictures of the slabs and the rep couldn't pull them up. I explained how I wanted to see the slabs prior taking possession and was told they would be there in a couple of days (since they were coming from Vegas). I stopped in 2 times and was told they're in the Carson location, but would be available in a day or two. My fabricator contacted me and informed me that arrangements had been made to deliver the slabs to his shop (and I still had not seen them).

I contacted the rep and he told me the slabs are fine, explained how I can view them at the fabricators and to contact them if there were any issues. I go to view the slabs and they're definitely different from what I picked out (not to my liking). I stopped back into Rio and the rep was somewhat dismissive and asked me about what I wanted to do (i.e. exchange the slab in the showroom for one of the one's they delivered).

My fabricator brought both slabs to the showroom, where I ended up choosing the one from the showroom and one they sent. Not my ideal choice, but didn't have many options. I definitely give a 5 stars on the front end prior to making the sale, incredibly friendly and helpful. Once I made the purchase, the rep wasn't very responsive and somewhat dismissive.

While I appreciate how they delivered the slabs and allowed my fabricator to bring them back for me to review, my overall satisfaction with the experience would not have been as disappointing if I would have been able to see the slabs up front (most likely would not have bought them).

Hidden gem of a store in this area! Met with Roger to search for countertop for my bar cabinet and was amazed and the beautiful selection of various types of stone, quartz and porcelain pieces! Fell in love with a porcelain slab and very excited to not only make a cabinet countertop but also an extra tabletop. Thanks Roger!

I love this place and have bought beautiful stones here three times. On this last visit Sayed helped us find a blue quartzite piece. He was so great with communication. He held our stone until we knew for sure we if we wanted it and he worked hand in hand with our contractor to figure out timing and execution. He's the best!

Carlos was very helpful. I found a few slabs of quartz here. Exactly what I was looking for. Cool thing is they delivered them to the shops where my cabinets were being made for no extra charge. They're not the cheapest by far but they have a nice selection of stones and I'm very happy with mine. Friendly staff, great parking, nice selection of stones.

Syed helped us select the stone for our kitchen. He's very informative and they offer competitive pricing. They have another really big yard they pull from about 5 minutes away, but you'll be amazed with what they have on display in their showroom.

Thank you to Rio Stones for being the only positive experience we had during our bathroom remodels. We walked in after dealing with their competitors across the street. We were feeling depleted at this point from another really negative experience. But everything got better here! Within seconds we were greeted by a nice lady who explained how their setup works and we were off to their showroom to look at slabs. Tons of options! Gorgeous pieces!

Lots and lots to choose from. I picked a few which is what I had been doing to make sure we gave ourselves as many options as possible. We were told prices on the spot. No waiting for anyone & emailing BS like their competitors. Their price was a tad higher per square foot and they even matched their lower competitors price because we shared our nightmare story. Thank you for that! We paid, put a sold sticker on our gorgeous slab and moved on. No BS. No waiting. No wasting your time. This is how all sales transactions should go.

If you are looking for Stone please come here and ask for Carlos. He sold me multiple slabs for my kitchen and the process was seamless. He was very knowledgeable about the various materials and presented the hold/ deposit options to secure my slabs. The installer had a hiccup with the install and ended up breaking one and Carlos was right there to help my installer correct the problem with creative solutions since the slab was sold out. Best experience and very happy with the product. Will definitely call on them again for my next project.

Excellent Customer service from all the staff at Rio Stone! Extremely patient too given that I visited quite a bit before arriving at my final decision. Victor Hugo was awesome to work with and his knowledge about the various stones was invaluable. Great prices too! Highly recommend!

Visited Rio Stone and met Syed. Very helpful and easy to deal with. After visiting 2 other stone yards in Orange County we ended up finding the quartzite at Rio that fit our need and budget. Highly recommend them and Syed.

Great customer service. Very helpful on selection. I purchased for a rental so I wanted nice but cost effective. They had it and was helpful in coordinating pick up.

I am in the constructon business and I always look for companies that are responsive, knowledgable, and understand the importance of delivering on time. Rio is such company. I had an opportunity to work with Gustavo and he is on top of things. He instantly responded to all my texts and emails, and made things happen by being proactive and offering solutions.

The slabs I bought could not be ready right away, but he worked with me and my fabricator to help us pick up the slabs from the manufacturer directly. He had no problem with supplying the extra paper work to facilitate the transaction.

We are doing a total kitchen renovation for our condo in MDR. Needless to say, we have visited so many stores and looked at so many brands BUT not a single one offered the same professionalism and assistance as Roger Zamignani at Rio Stones. Roger's patience and knowledge are unmatched. The showroom is great - there were large collections of various stones to choose from.

We bought 3 beautiful slabs from their Copa Collection at a very competitive price! Great service and price - Rio Stone will be my recommendation for friends and family. Can't wait for the kitchen to be done to post the pictures!

Went by the old location today, found out they moved. While I was there a guy gave me a card to the new address. Went by new address walked in the showroom, there was this mexican woman with tattoos there she asked what I needed told her wanted something affordable for My condo I want to sell she pointed to some slabs outside in the parking lot. I went outside saw a few I liked went back inside told her what I wanted to see she said they don't move slabs after 4:30pm but then saw some guys in the parking lot she said go ask them to move them for you, it should Of went as hold on let me go get them to move them for you.

Then they asked if I had a fabricator I said no but do you know anyone they said they don't refer anyone, why bother even asking then? Went back inside told her what I liked and give me some prices she gave me price on one then told me to write it down myself! She should of typed it out on company letter head and given the price that way. I ended up walking out due to the fact they weren't to Enthusiasticabout helping me. I'll keep looking maybe I'll be back to talk to someone else once I find a fabricator but overall they need to work on their customer service skills!

Great team/family with some of the friendliest service. We looked at multiple places and they were not only the most helpful, but had the best selection with with the most unique and beautiful slabs. Their prices were spot on with everyone else, but the uniqueness of the slabs took the cake. Rio Stone is hands down my favorite place.

I went to RioStones looking for a counter top that was difficult to find, not only did they have it but they were able to quickly assist me without an appointment. The entire staff is extremely friendly and Jasmine was excellent to work with. They were able to get my slabs to the fabricator the very next day. As a designer, I won't go anywhere else!

My experience at Rio Stone was amazing they have a wide variety of different types of stone. We we're able to choose from a selection of prefab granite slabs it was perfect for our kitchen layout. They recommended a list of installers that we're very professional and prices we're reasonable. The staff was so friendly jasmine was fantastic she directed us threw the hole process with a smile the guy's in the back helped us select the pieces that we liked. I would definitely recommend Rio Stone great prices great service.
