I didn't buy anything from Viking, but Doug there was awesome. I was looking for some "agri" sheet metal, but Doug had to order it from a different supplier. I wanted it fairly quickly, which Viking couldn't support since they had to wait on its delivery. Instead, Doug just sent me straight to his supplier. My order wasn't big, but Doug sent me texts of images so I could make sure the product was what I needed.
He went out of his way to help me get what I needed, even though he didn't make a penny. That's real customer service. If I ever need some fancy sheet metal work, I'll definitely go to Viking.

Sent them an order on 5/8. Sent them 6 emails. Over 12 phone calls to get some panels made. First was they needed more information. So we provided that. Talked to Gene and he wanted to know the radius of a panel we wanted. Send him the radius. Goes over a week of no response. Call in and talk to Marie. She said email it to her and she will get to Gene.
Send email on 5/12. Waited 2 weeks. Gene said he has it and will try and run the panels but they will have to be 26 guage versus 24 that we want. We said that is fine. Run it. on 5/26. We call and leave messages on 5/29 to see what the lead time would be. No response. Call on 6/2 speak with Dee. She said email order to her and she will try and get it ran if it is not done already. Email it to her on 6/2.
Call on 6/4 and leave a message for Gene. No Response. Call on 6/5 talk to gene and he said he just has not had time to even try and run it. So 27 days and he has not had time to even look at my order.

If anybody in Atlanta is looking for some sheet metal, don't call anybody else! I needed something on the fly, and called all around the city, and they only quotes I got were outrageous. I called Viking at 10 AM on Saturday and had the metal loaded in my trailer by 1130 for a fair price. That pretty much says it all.

Spoke to someone who said they would start the order and I would receive a call the following morning for payment. They said that was easiest way so I didnt have to wait for my order to be started, and my inside miter would be shipped out within a few days. after 2 days I called back trying to pay and was given an excuse that someone wasnt in. Long story short, I finally was able to pay a week later and my miter didnt show up for almost 3 weeks after I originally thought the order was started.
The $75 miter finally came and didnt fit correctly which I was told (by a man claiming to be the owner) was because they run their machines "the size most Georgia gutter companies use". was told there was nothing that could be done, not even a partial refund. I hope this company handles other orders more efficiently and I wish I had a better experience with this company.
