I answered a want ad at a local tool rental company in 1985, and did not know how much I liked being around equipment until I started working there. I started with NTR in 2005. My day starts around 6:30am, check out the reservations, then open up and get to business helping customers solve problems.

Took good care of me. I needed to rent an interior scaffold - Home Depot and Lowe's were unable to assist me (none carried scaffolds anywhere around Atlanta). I contacted Northside Tool - and they were quick, professional, and responsive from first contact and throughout. Very courteous and professional - and very fair in their pricing. They even helped me load and unload everything. They definitely went above and beyond. My first and only time here. I will definitely be back.

I needed a 6 ft. ladder to hang lights on my patio. It was incredibly easy to submit a request online and I received a call shortly after to confirm the details. The cost for rental is very reasonable and they even deliver and pick up the equipment for a small fee. The customer service here is top notch and it couldn't have been easier from beginning to end. Everyone was quick and friendly too; Alden and Brandon were great! I'll definitely be back the next time I need to rent anything!

Frank Davis the store manager in this location showed a lack of professionalism and courtesy to this first time customer. I was prepared to rent a more expensive tool for than was listed available at this location. While I was purchasing the rental he became dismissive about the rental return policy and accommodations for returning items during non-working hours. The treatment was so poor I'll seek my tool rental elsewhere.

GREAT service and competitive price! As a first time tool renter, they've gained my business indefinitely. It's renting from neighborhood folks, instead of a big box store. And after comparing other local rental stores (Home Depot, Sunbelt, Lowe's), the prices came out within a few dollars of each other. Ask for Alden on the phone and have JM load the equipment. Perfect combo of brains and braun that made the whole process seamless. Keep up the good work guys!
