We have been trying to get our fireplace fixed since they are the authorized dealer/repair facility in our area for the brand we have. On November 6, almost 2 weeks ago Laura wasn't in and the girl said she would give her the message and have her call back. we received no call back so we called again today and we were told Laura was available and was there.
The call was put through and it rang and rang until we had to leave another message. again no call back. For 2 weeks we having been trying to schedule service but we cant get Laura to call us back. We had to wait a couple months to get a technician previously. Between long service lead times and very poor customer service response times this is a poor company for service.

Everything about my order was messed up. The sizes of the cabinets were ordered wrong and then WE had to pay extra for the screw up. When the cabinets were delivered, we got two vanities one 22" and one 18" which we ordered. Our linen cabinet came without the shelves. So we had to schedule another delivery for the shelves and to have the wrong vanity picked up. when the counter top arrived and we got it home we found that it too was the wrong size.
So we waited 2 more weeks for the right size counter to arrive. When it did arrive, we demanded that it be delivered. I am not happy with the way all of this was handled and would not recommend Williams to anyone.
