Siegfried "Ziggy" Vogel started with KB Woodworking in the late fifties after apprenticing in Germany where he is originally from. In 1975 Ziggy relocated the business from Glenn Head, NY to Cairo, NY, where he started a shop in his basement. Ziggy's sons Peter and Richard, who have worked beside their father since they were old enough to be in the shop, now run KB Woodworking. We have been manufacturing high-end custom furniture for more than three decades and custom architectural panels for over two decades.
