Eagle Stone is a family owned company and has been in the manufactured stone veneer business since 1993. Through the years, our company has transitioned from a full production manufacturer to a full service stocking distributor of all major brands of stone veneer and several other specialized brands, as well as installation materials.

We had quartz installed from these guys (contracted from Home Depot) and had 6 months of problems that were never satisfactorily resolved. Bad measuring, bad cutting, defects in installed countertop, problems with installation (partially resolved), and not just bad.but condescending customer service. Find a better shop.

Desert Eagle was quick, efficient, and produced a high quality product. Our original purchase was through Home Depot and the order was sent to Desert Eagle. We received a phone call that week for measuring and our order was in process shortly after. Our counter tops were installed in two weeks. Everyone was friendly and helpful, our techs knowledgeable about layout and their products. We are very happy with our Hard Surface purchase.

Chipped the cut out for the undermounted sink (1.5) and filled it with something that took a few years to turn brown. Cut one section OVER AN INCH off and the material is no longer available to replace. I would not be writing this at all, if the undermount sink had not begun to separate fully. Desert Stone does not stand by their work despite my explanation that I'd lost my husband tragically. With the sink falling off, I reached out to Lowe's who said to reach out to them as they'd ended their contract probably due to poor workmanship.

We were contacted by Desert Eagle shortly after purchasing solid surface counters from Home Depot. Desert Eagle explained the whole order/measuring/install process and kept in touch every step of the way. The installation crew (ask for Sergio and his team!) was professional, friendly and did a GREAT job. They even helped me reinstall my oven before heading off to the next job. I've found it rare nowadays to find a company that follows through completely. Happy to report. I couldn't be more pleased!

The people that do the installation at Desert Eagle Stone are nice but very careless. I recently had countertops subcontracted through home depot and my walls are a mess after the installation. This wasn't little scratches, they put massive dents in the corners of my walls (see photos) and didn't even apologize for it. They measured the bar area incorrectly and because of that my installation was delayed (again with no apologies or refunds).
There is a section of wood that they installed the bar area of the countertop on that they didn't screw down (see photos) and every time you place something on the countertop you can hear the wood piece move below it. They also nickel and dime you. They tell you that you have to pay almost $300 for cabinet leveling (literally two little shims) and that they will give you a refund if you don't need it but they don't tell you either way if your countertops needed it and they'll keep the money. Overall, the countertop is nice but we are very disappointed in the customer service. I can't believe a company wouldn't do anything to make a customer feel better after so many mistakes. Even now, after voicing my concerns, they are unaccommodating and rude.

I've worked with Desert Eagle Stone on two projects using Silestone and have been very happy with the product and customer service. They recently worked with me on a 30-inch vanity top and mounted the undermount sink for me. I couldn't have gotten a better deal going through one of the Big Box stores and the sinks ordered online seem to come with the standard 3-hole faucet configuration. I plan on using them for my future renovations.

Bought Viatera Clarino quartz counter top through Home Depot and Desert Eagle did the ordering, fabricating and installation. They were quick to come out and measure and get the material ordered. Beautiful installation job, I could tell the guys were very experienced. I had one seam done and you can hardly tell it's there. Love my new counter tops! I definitely recommend Desert Eagle.

I bought my Quartz countertops at the Thorton Home Depot and I thought the price was fair, and both of the kitchen specialists that helped me were knowledgeable. They said if I ordered by a certain time, I would have them in by Christmas, and, so we quickly placed our order. I got my under-mount sink right away so we would have the measurements available.
The measuring guy showed up on the day he was scheduled, and I followed up right away with Home Depot to pay the difference from my measurements to theirs, so that my order would be released on time. I talked to Desert Eagle on the phone to see if everything was in order and everyone I talked to (the receptionist, the scheduler, and the programmer) was informed and helpful.
They scheduled me for the Monday before Christmas. I got a call that Monday morning from the installer, who said he was 30 minutes out, and 3 hours later, my countertops were in. on time, on budget, and beautiful. My wife Kelly and I are so pleased.
