John was a great electrician and he even showed up five minutes early for the appointment - always appreciated when that happens. He did solid work and my wife and I were both happy with it. Price quoted and charged wasn't even that bad. Actually surprised it was so affordable for the work.

I had an issue after a Storm with the Light Fixture not working. It was a concern because I could not figure out the issue and did not want to wait in case there was a bigger issue. Called Bates Electric and spoke to a very pleasant representative that helped me and assured that they would get a Guy out right away to fix the problem. Mike was there in no time and was so personable and pleasant.

He was fast, efficient and found the issue right away. Installed my Kitchen Fixture back in no time. It was a great experience and I will definitely be calling Bates Electric if I need anything else. Thank you for the awesome service!

We called Bates Electrical and they were able to come out the same day. I got updates on when the electrician was on the way to my house. The electrician knew what he was doing and got the job done. The receptionist and the electrician were professional and they were always up front about possible cost. This is a great company. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend.

Outstanding organization. Bates installed an emergency generator for us, and they were extremely professional from the time they arrived on site. From their initial, clearly defined, written proposal, to installation, follow up and response to technical problems and questions (kudos to Paige), to yearly routine maintenance (kudos to Tyler Holladay), this is a well-organized, professional organization. Highly recommend. I like these guys.

We decided to put some lights in our tree in our backyard. It's a pretty tree and really needs some lights to make it look good at night. A little bit of a tough job, I think. Bates said they could do it and they sure could. Great job with the install and the lights were pointed right where we wanted them.

Ive had the best experience with Bates. We finished our basement and Bates did the installation for all the electric. The most incredible installers I have ever been able to work with. There were 3 different installers during the course of the remodel and each of them were friendly and knowledgeable. Also they always wanted to make sure the work was done correctly even if that meant dragging a huge ladder back out to fix a piece he forgot to do on a 2 story ceiling fan! They care so much and for my husband and I it was so appreciated. I could not recommend this company enough!
