TERRIBLE COMPANY! If I could give less stars I would! I have had a Huge Green dumpster in front of my MAIN window for a week and a half! Multiple promises to get it picked up- All lies! It's unbelievable! I'm called BBB on them.& I'm also going look into charging this company a storage fee for this dumpster!

Horrible company to work for. I worked there as an inside salesman for almost 3 years. Two days before my 3 year anniversary I was furloughed with no notice. They told me to turn in my work phone and key and said they have no clue when I'll be able to work again. The manager, Jim Duffy, told me I may not be able to come back until next year. I told him I couldn't survive off of unemployment so I would be looking for a new job.
I told them to let me know when I can work for them again. The manager, Jim Duffy, decided that meant that I quit. He cancelled all of my benefits even after I called him and clarified that I had not quit, multiple times. I also talked to their Corporate Director Of Human Resources, Aaron Cole, who told me he would make sure I'm still employed. Aaron then ignored my calls for the next 2 months.
This company does not care about their employees health. We had a driver fall off of a steep roof when I was there. When they called to tell the manager, Jim Duffy, he demanded that they still finish the job. Jim did not once ask if the employee was okay, because he truly did not care. They say you won't stock roofs when there's lightning out, but if it's storming for too long they will still make you risk your health to get the job done.
Do not expect a raise if you work here. I've seen multiple drivers talk to Jim Duffy (manager) about a raise only to be told that they make more money than he does. The BRANCH MANAGER is telling employees that they make more than him. There is no structure. They pick and choose when to discipline their employees. We had a new laborer hit a power line with the boom recently.
He completely fried the interior of the truck, tires melted to the asphalt and he was back at work the next day. They didn't even write him up. Then we had a driver that's been there for 5+ years get a ticket for talking on the phone. He was talking to the assistant manager at the time and they STILL fired him. I think the majority of the problems at the Pevely location are due to the management. I would not recommend working for this company.
