Crowe Custom Countertops was formed in early 2002 to serve the ever-increasing demand for high quality granite countertops in the Atlanta metro area. We began simply by importing a few select colors of pre-cut granite "blanks" which were supposed to be a fast and inexpensive method to supply granite countertops. This didn't allow us to meet the needs of our customers, who wanted more options than we could provide. The pre-cut pieces greatly limited the number of designs and color options that we could offer with natural stone.

We can fabricate, shape, polish, and finish all natural (and even some man-made) stone products including granite, marble, travertine, limestone, onyx, slate, soapstone, and others. While we specialize in countertops, we can also create nearly any shape piece that you can design for furniture, tabletops, benches, and stone bases for furniture or artwork.
Our showroom is open 7 days a week and staffed with friendly, smiling people ready to help you find the perfect countertop material for your home! We have a full staff of trained professionals that will template/measure, fabricate, and install your new countertops. We do not employ sub-contracted or part-time laborers. Most of our field personnel have been with our company for over five years.

Rocky Tops (Nashville affiliate of Crowe) was recommended to me and I used them without hesitation. Unfortunately, damage was caused to my surrounding cabinets which was not able to be touched-up with the provided cabinet kit (cabinets were marred to the bare wood, not just a scratch in the finish). Upon having the repair made by a 3rd party furniture repair company, the invoice of $270 was sent to Rocky Tops (Nashville affiliate of Crowe) for payment as the contract I signed stated, "Care will be exercised during the countertop installation;". 'Care', however, does not include actually protecting (or attempting to protect) a surrounding surface. 'Care' is only a feeling and is not associated with an action. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Rocky Tops (Nashville affiliate of Crowe) to others.

At the recommendation of a few of our neighbors, we met with Woody Cheek at Crowe Custom Countertops in Acworth. He was wonderful to work with and was patient as we walked through their granite slab selections. Jason came out to do our template and not too longer after, the countertops were put in place by a group of quick and efficient installers. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend them for a quick and seamless process.

Great experience working with Woody! We had been to 7 other warehouses to try to find the perfect countertops and finally found what we were looking for at Crowe Custom Countertops. Everyone we worked with was super professional and on time. After picking out the kitchen countertops, I found a vanity I loved for our powder room and texted Woody to see if we could also have the vanity templated for a countertop. He helped us make a quick decision on that and we are so pleased with the installation. Great service and would highly recommend!

Beware of poor customer service. This company messed my whole order up delivered the wrong items then blamed me for the mix up with the order. There customer service manager Amy is horrible and very demeaning. She does not know how to do service recovery. Amy never took accountability for the company sending the wrong stones, never apologized and spoke to me as if I was her child.
She threatened to take me to court over there own mistakes. The company manager Hiro is just as bad I requested to speak to him about the problems I was having and he ignored my request. Never received a call back from Hiro and this is his company. Upon installation the plumbing that I paid for was faulty they hooked it up wrong and I had a leak under my cabinet.
They had to come back again to fix the marble counter due to them not sealing it all the way and it was ridged. They tore off pieces of my wall during installation and said they would fix it and then took back the offer to fix it. They ended up having to come to my home 3 times to correct all there errors. The quality and service is subpar below standard and I would suggest you spend your money elsewhere as these people are rude and incompetent.

I would not recommend them. Customer services is very poor. Communication between employees is very unprofessional. I received a picture of the countertop I thought I was purchasing. Day of installation completely different. I called the company and found out the picture they had sent me was from a countertop that was no longer carried by the company.
According to there employees more than 5 years ago. Confirmed by 3 employees. Even the installers agreed that it was a completely different countertop. According to them nothing could be done countertop was already fabricated. Then all they could do was waive the installation fee for coming out again when that's the least they could do after clearly in the photos look different. Just surprised at their customer services and miscommunication very unprofessional. I'm not even mad just simply disappointedr a company this big would do that.

Location - Even if you have to drive a distance depending on your particular point of origin, it is easy to find, access and park. Pricing - as good or better than anyone else in the Metro area. Selection - They have a tremendous selection of stone to suit your needs and match your decor. Sales Assistance - We worked with Nathan and he was very patient and helpful.
We found just the right Granite to match our floor tiles in the middle bathroom. Logistics and Installation - communication very good from start to finish. The individual that took the measurements and the installation crew arrived within the time frame promised. The installers were in and out in short order. Bigger jobs would obviously take a bit more time.
Customer Satisfaction - we had a number of chips (which will happen sometimes in natural stone). A technician came out the following week and filled those in with a special repair substance that sets up under ultraviolet light. Very cool. Cannot even see the repair.

First let me start by saying this process was the easiest we have ever encountered. The laser measuring was awesome, spot on and a perfect fit. Jose' did a wonderful job. Our sales person, Dan Beck, was spot on for what we were describing and the outcome we received. Love my entry stairs. We will follow-up with a complete picture of the entire foyer when complete, but I just had to post this now. Again, thanks so very much for the wonderful service. Happy Customers.

I had a number of problems with this company and do not recommend. First of all, I had them remove old countertops to be replaced. All i asked was that what was that the coverage be the same. After the template was measured they said that I needed a 10 inch rough cut back splash which I was charged for an additional 10 sq. feet. The existing backsplash was 6 inches so I was skeptical.
No worries, I'll pay the extra $470.00 or whatever as long as it looks correct. The installation day came and they installed a 10inch section down one side of the countertop. Underneath where the window was and continuing around, they installed a 4inch rough cut back splash, leaving the exposed area where they pulled out the previous countertop showing.
Now I'm stuck with the mismatch and drywall damage showing. I also had them install a sink and faucet for me. I was charged for a black matching drain cover, but when the plumber came to install, it was the incorrect piece. I was told he would bring the correct one, but after a week of calling I have gotten no response.
