We have used Ryan Windows and Siding to replace all of the windows in our home slowly over the past 4 years. From the sales representative, to the installers, to the Renewal by Anderson windows, I don't have any complaints. I just wish the turnaround time from ordering windows to getting them installed was faster than two months.

Rep came out to do an estimate for some storm damage. We had an active water leak inside our home due to some shingles blown off. The rep, Brian, stood in the driveway and looked at the damage. He said $500 will fix it. He seemed unimpressed with our ugly house and seemed like he didn't want to take time for us as a potential customer. I got a second opinion from another contractor, as well as our home insurance adjuster. Damage was over $12,000.00. I will NEVER have Ryan Siding and Windows do another estimate again. The guy was not helpful Actually, maybe I will take that $500 estimate.hmmm.
