Hancock developed the initial design of precast concrete Box Culverts for use in the State of Minnesota and manufactured the first concrete box installed in the state in 1974. Hancock was also instrumental in developing skewed box end sections, which allow the end sections to blend into the fill slope on skewed or non-perpendicular installations.
Hancock Concrete knows Minnesota reinforced concrete pipe. For over a century, engineers have specified Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) for its speed and versatility advantage- a reliable solution for storm water and sanitary applications manufactured in a factory controlled environment. Concrete pipe is a rigid system and the pipe is the structure.
Hancock Concrete does Minnesota sanitary manholes. Hancock specializes in producing custom structures for both storm water management and sanitary sewer systems, taking a proactive approach to ensure the project plans and specifications are translated precisely into the finished concrete structures.
