The base is adjustable to the exact roof pitch and the preformed top fits the inside of the plumbing pipe without obstruction. A telescoping design allows for expansion and contraction of the roof, or building settling, with no movement at the seal. There are no rubber components to split or crack from the sun and weather.

Our standard plumbing vent flange/flashing is designed to provide a complete vent pipe cover for locations where frost protection is not necessary. Available in galvanized steel, copper and five factory painted colors to complement shingles. The frost resistant flange/flashing provides a 3/4 inch space between the vent pipe and the flange to allow air circulation and inhibit frost closure at the top.
To order the correct plumbing vent flange first determine the pitch of your roof. Our flanges are adjustable and made to fit all roof pitches from flat to steep 15/12, the roof angle of an A frame. Our replacement flanges do not require removing the old flanges or the tearing off of any shingles to install.
