We had a very challenging situation where several custom windows needed replacement. Fichtner knew exactly what to do (other contractors did not), had Marvin windows made, and installed them. Not fast or inexpensive, but they kept up apprised throughout and did a beautiful job. Service: General window replacement

From estimate to completion, top notch service from all involved. Steve's estimate was fair/reasonable pricing which proved to be on target, and any additional costs from issues that arose relayed real-time for authorization. Crew Supervisor, Jan, on-site each day and stayed with crews to ensure swift/accurate communication and material deliveries for repairs.

Excellent customer service. All responses were prompt and professional. Full gutter and downspout replacement was done quickly and professionally. After the work was done the supervisor walked me through the changes and made sure I was pleased with the results. Would highly recommend Fichtner for any future contracts.

Planning was detailed and the job well organized. Steve thoroughly explained the schedule and Ray Harvey was in contact with me on the phone and with timely photos once the project was under way. As an out of area owner, I was indeed fortunate to have come across Fichtner after past unsatisfactory contractor results. Fichtner repaired an issue with the original roofing installation 17 years ago. They also walked the whole roof and caulked area that were needed. They showed me where the issue was and how they fixed it. They also cleaned my gutters. Great work and good value! I will definitely use them again. Service: Roof repair

Fichtner Services was recommended to me earlier this year, by a tough customer who cuts no slack. They removed my old leaky skylights and replaced them with new ones which included remote solar shades that have helped in lowering electricity use. They were so responsive to our needs and concerns that we subsequently contracted with them to replace our porch pillars. The crew was professional, courteous and very polite in responding to concerns. Great workmanship! I highly recommend Fichtner Services for your next home project.
