Love my new (cabin grade) hardwoods! I love the rustic look of them. Cabin grade is a gamble, but I did my entire upstairs and they are great quality

I was impressed with the price and the amount of rugs they had to choose from however no one ever came over to help me I left empty-handed

My go to place for flooring, have used their products in multiple rooms of my house. Great customer service, ran out of floor & needed to order & pay for more. Simply called in they knew exactly what floor took the card over the phone & now my flooring guy can pick it up hassle free. Quick, fast, easy. Highly recommend.

I have made a few purchases here for spec homes we have built and had good experiences. But what really put them over the top for me was when there was a mistake they were there to make it right. Luckily they take photos of what they load and they easily could see the error. Amanda and her manager not only made it right above and beyond but they also thanked and were very appreciative of me for being understanding. With such nice staff I will be back for our next project!

A typical warehouse. Lot of options to select. But it was freezing inside and could not finish my shopping. Also I don't see any associate for asking help!

We are looking to replace our Hardwood Floors with Laminate. My Relative who purchased her Floors from here told me about this place. It's located right next to the MVA. Huge warehouse with a big selection of Laminate, Hardwood and Vinyl Floors, and reasonable prices. They also sell a small selection of Cabinets and Backsplashes. So check them out if you want more bang for your buck.

Really impressed with the choices and the fact that what we chose was in stock. The employees we worked with were very helpful. Will definitely recommend WFP.

It's worth the drive there, but be sure to bring a truck or trailer, it's wholesale and they can't hold your order. I have found the best in flooring deals at this place over the years. Great for DIY or if you're a contractor.

Wood Floors Plus is awesome! They have great prices and great customer service. Before I went to the store I called ahead of time and the representative let me know what aisles the floors I was looking for were in. When I got there picking my floors was easy and I was able to scan a QR code to see how much of the floor I wanted was in stock (which I thought was pretty cool).

I picked up a few days after I purchased and they make it easy by telling customers to call about 20-30 mins ahead of time so they can pull my order. They have a loading area, where someone helps load the car and the guy who helped made sure everything fit and helped moved things around in my vehicle. I just picked up underlayment and before I placed my order over the phone with Amanda (I believe that's her name). Her customer service was wonderful as well and I was able to go to the loading area and pick up once again. Thanks for always having good service!

This company is my go to place for hardwood and high quality vinyl, not only is the material made of great quality the customer service is fantastic. I have purchased wood flooring from them since 2016, and highly recommend! They are military friendly and helpful to order items over the phone if you're deployed or not in the area. Hardwood flooring was installed in the living room, and stairs, new beautiful vinyl composite grouted mezzanine installed in the kitchen. Highly recommend, without question, no need to search elsewhere. They have excellent reviews and the business owners care about the customers.

My experience with this company was excellent. I ordered impossible to find parquet wood block flooring and the order was filled properly. It had to be shipped to Texas and there was a problem with Fedex freight and Wood Floors promptly compensated me for the problem. Both Amanda and Dana are a true asset to this company. If your looking for kitchen cabinets, wood flooring or crown molding at a price point that won't break the bank this is the place for you. Neither Home Depot or Lowe's can beat their amazing prices.

Lots of styles to choose from, Very well organized. Staff friendly. It was our first time picking out floor for our new home and we were happy with our choice. Oh and the prices are FAB! Way better than home stores. Will certainly be back. Thank you guys!

This place was great, FYI its on a small road that is next to the dmv. We thought it would be a nightmare checking out clearance flooring but it was very well organized. We worked with Chris Wood (aptly named for a flooring salesman) and he was great in navigating us through the store. Pickup after purchase was super easy, well oiled machine. Highly recommend! Saved us a few hundred bucks getting it here

My 5 star rating is only because of one person, Ty. He went above and beyond, helping understand what I'm so knew at. He help me twice, and both time he was my life saver. I appreciate it. Wood Floors Plus is a great place if you're trying to save and get good guiltily material. I will actually never go anywhere else. With customer service/help, such as the one Ty provided, and the where house saving. This place is a win win.

Really nothing but good experiences here. I've gotten hardwood laminate and just recently vinyl. Even their area rugs are quality and a good deal. For my recent purchase I obsessed between laminate and vinyl. The price and need was right so I finally made a selection. Malcolm was extremely helpful in sealing the deal even helping with finding my border moldings in the clearance section and they were a perfect match.

The guys work hard here loading your vehicle they will even hold your items for pick up. My only regret is everything is store credit so you must be absolutely sure on your purchases. Their competition can't touch them because they rarely have what you want in stock but WFP can tell you right away how much they have. Just scan your sample. Keep up the good work!

Five stars for Wood Floors Plus, especially Amanda and Doug! Even on a busy Saturday, they both took every step they could to make sure my purchase and pick-up went smooth. I had the sample and had calculated the number of boxes I needed. Amanda rung me up and gave me suggestions about the best way to transport my vinyl plank. When I gave her my order of 51 boxes, she asked me the year, make, and model of my car and calculated the maximum load for my shocks.

I hadn't even considered this! She assured me I could get all of the planks from the same lot, make multiple trips (on multiple days if needed) and the guys who do the loading would take care of me. And that they did! Doug did the maximum weight calculation again and figured I would need 3 trips with 17 boxes in each. Some ppl came with things to haul and just had the forklifts load a whole pallet and were done in 1 trip. Me, on the other hand, I was in my Honda Accord, would need to make 3 trips, and each box had to be loaded by hand.

After my first trip, Doug was waiting with the rest of my order to load me up again. I didn't have to wait at all. I pulled up to pick up my last of 3 loads at 4:58.2 minutes before they closed. Doug was in the back, but 2 other guys had already loaded my car by the time he walked out. The only thing left to do was to tip him, which I gladly did. Amanda and Doug were rock stars! Anytime I ever buy flooring, it's Wood Floors Plus for me!

Purchased floors for my bathroom renovation. I had lots of questions and Ty answered them all. Had to come back the next day and Malcom took great care of me. Excellent customer service, reasonable prices and quick service!

I was very happy with the customer service that I got when I purchased the floors. However, when my contractor went to install the floors, he had to put aside an entire bundle's worth of flooring that had little holes all over it. When I called to ask if I get exchange it, I was told that this was waste and that the type of wood I got has "character." I can understand there being a few pieces that aren't usable, but an entire bundle worth of flooring being unusable is unacceptable. They should have stood behind their product.

I made the trip from Michigan to WF+ to make a purchase of some discontinued tile and drive it back to Michigan. I dismissed them originally thinking they only had "wood" product, do not make the same. assumption. I purchased wood look tile flooring. From the moment I contacted them I knew this company and it's staff were extra special. They are professional and meticulous.

They loaded 36 cartons of tile weighing in at 75 pounds each into a rental van without incident. Packed it like a pro! I would highly recommend. I worked with Ashley and Brain - you were AWESOME!

Better customer service and owning up when a mistake has been made would be a great improvement. The pictures on their web site prompted me to purchase me the burnished hickory deluxe vinyl. The end result was nothing like is found on the picture. When speaking with Chris about the problem, he first said there was no problem. After being provided. a picture of my floor compared to what was advertised, it became my fault for not supervising their contractors and stopping the wrong floor from being installed.

After I pointed out I had done everything they said was required, but it is not the job of the customer to realize from inspecting a single plank that the end result will not look like.

Great selection, prices and customer service. I redid my house completely with their flooring over the years. I got the carpeting for our basement and stairs, more recently hardwood flooring for my entire first floor. They did a great job helping us pick out what we wanted and the pricing was very good. I'll continue to come back for any flooring needs.

This place has really rude people. They are programmed to say there are no refunds and you have to buy items quickly. This place is a joke.

This is THE BEST place to purchase floor for remolding or new homes! The staff is very helpful and knowledgable.

The bamboo flooring we bought here are great. Every other store we went to could not even come close to the price and all said they can't compete with wood floors plus. We even bought from the clearance section for a smaller area. We had to order stair noses from the distributors but that was ok considering the deep discount we got on the floor. We will buy from here again.

As others have said, you definitely can't beat the price! I like how everything is out for you to see and there are samples of every wood they have in stock and the quality is really good. The sales people are a perfect blend of helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Just know that they have limited quantity of most of the stuff, so if you pass on something, they may not have it the next day.

Also get some extra just in case. If you end up being short, or need some more (in case of an oopsie), they might be out of that product. Also, if you need a salesman working on 100% commission and zero knowledge of the products, not letting you leave the store without buying flooring at marked up prices, go to one of 100000 other flooring stores in the area.

This place has the best pricing I've seen for all types of flooring. The salespeople do not attempt to hard sell you and they do not stalk you while looking at products. Definitely worth checking out.

Extremely happy with my purchase. Richard walked us through the warehouse, showed us options and was extremely helpful. I wasn't sure what type of flooring to use for a salon. Richard and his boss suggested vinyl for easier upkeep and it made sense. I purchased Pergo toasted apple. It came out to be a great deal. We've installed most of the floor and might have extra.

I was told to simply return them if they are unused. Their Pergo /vinyl flooring is at least dollar less per sq. feet than Lowes and Home Depot. And they have more to choose from than the other stores. I'll definitely be coming back for any other flooring in the future.
