Absolutely terrible customer service! When I ordered my building and material I said I wanted to finish the interior with bright white metal. I got my material and didn't have ceiling metal or even enough metal to finish the interior. all I got in a response was it's what you ordered. I highly recommend nobody to go through these people they are absolutely terrible

Great customer service during the ordering process. Unfortunately, the metal they sold me has deep scratches throughout every piece. I noticed this when I unpacked the metal. Everytime I contact them about it I get the run around and than ignored. I only want a repair kit so I can fix the scratches, and they can't even email me back or apologize for the problem.

They sold me Metal for my home that had deep scratches on every piece. Also there was filings sandwiched between the pieces which cause damage to the finish. Unfortunately I did not notice the damage until I unpacked the metal to install it. All I asked them was to send me the touch up paint kit that matched the metal's color. Nope! Not even an apology! I have been getting the run around from them since the summer of 2017 and now my emails get ignored. I would give them no stars if I could.

Contacted them to get another barn door hardware system for our farm. Found them on line through a dealer. The guy didnt know if they had them in stock, or prices or sizes. He wanted me to "just come down" didnt even know what a rail was for the system. Then he said- I guess you just want me to bring it down for you, I didnt think you'd come and see them.
I said no- I dont want to come to get one till I know what you have in stock and sizes. Then- the kicker was in the most condescending manner- He said, "why dont you just send your man down" that's word for word! I guess he's never had a woman try to buy barn door hardware. And it certainly won't be from there!
