This place has tons of flooring to choose from. I like that they have the flooring as examples on the ground. I wish they would have there prices visual though.

SOLD US DAMAGED GOODS - We live 150 miles from this store but wanted to shop small business. Salesman was helpful with our order of 2 boxes of high-end (his words not mine) flooring but when our contractor opened the packing---both boxes were damaged. We paid for 2 extra hours of labor for our contractor to piece/cut/save what he could use to get our small bathroom floor installed.

When we called the salesman to tell him what happened, all he said is there is nothing they can do since the floor is installed and even if it wasn't installed, they would just place a new order for us.

Awful service. came into the store and was ignored for 20 min (there were no customers in the lobby). Could hear some woman screaming in an office, the owner I presume. Aside from the poor customer service the prices just aren't that great.

Brian was wonderful providing multiple choices for our bedroom carpet. We love love love our new carpet. It completely transformed our bedroom. The installers were also wonderful. They were timely, professional, and their installation was superb!

Angela Rose Stolz was fabulous to work with. Her knowledge & attention to detail is impressive. I appreciated her help matching some existing flooring in a house we were purchasing. Angela's eye for color to enhance the decor of our new home helped me choose complimentary paint colors.

Brian helped me out with an order of Schluter product for a shower remodel. Everything can in within a couple of days.

Great experience from the moment I entered the door. Brian was very knowledgeable about the type of carpet I needed, the estimate for the carpet was professional (best I've ever encountered) and Brian shared any issues that might occur during installation. Teo and crew were fabulous during the install and took such good care of our furnishings when moving.

We couldn't have asked for a better install crew. It seems rare these days to get professional service from start to finish. I have no hesitation on highly recommending B&R for your flooring needs.

B&R flooring did a great job replacing the carpet in our house. From Brian coordinating every detail to Luis installing it, we had a great experience. I would recommend them and will be using them for any future carpeting projects.

We purchased LVP flooring from B & R Flooring America. Our experience was very positive. Chip Lutz was our Sales Rep and I certainly recommend him. He was knowledgeable and a straight-shooter. The installer was Aaron and he was outstanding. I am so glad we chose B & R.

I did end up buying some carpet here because it was the right carpet. However, it felt like a car dealer in the sales phase. Had to go to a salesmen's desk to write it up, had to sign three papers to buy a 10X12 piece of remnant. Took a really long time to get the carpet piece cut, with only one other customer that I saw, and the hadn't completed their purchase yet. It was ok, but not too impressive. I would go there again, bit it wouldn't be my first stop.

What a great shopping experience. We called because we needed to replace flooring. Ethan answered the phone, found the item, made sure it was all the right specifications, and told us that it would be at the store in 2 days. They called us that it arrived so we went to the store, where Brian met us and walked us to the back to get it while also sharing installation advice. They carried it out and put it in the truck. It was a professional, personal, and seamless.

We had a very pleasant experience getting carpet from B & R Flooring. The salesman, Brian, was helpful in picking out and ordering the carpet. I don't remember the name of the guy who came to measure, but he was professional and was done on literally 5 minutes. We were also happy with Juan and Tio who installed the carpet. They were respectful and knew their business. All and all we were very pleased, and will be back when we need upstairs carpet.

Great experience. Brian was patient with us and helped us pick out the right flooring when we did not know specifically what we wanted and had to go back and forth. Ray made things easy in coordinating multiple moving parts and times. And Jeff did an awesome job on the install especially with all the surprises we did not know about under the carpet that was removed. Thanks to all.

I tried to use this company a second time, because I love our kitchen floor work that was done a year ago. However, similar to last time the experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I had scheduled an appointment to come in and choose flooring and Chip had left early, didn't bother to call and notify me. Actually, he's not once attempted to reach out and reschedule or give an apology. Obviously I'm a forgotten work order not worth the time. Very nasty customer service! Taking my future home projects somewhere else.
