In the spring of 1969, Stephen E. Kovach III founded Kovach Properties in Scottsdale, Arizona. Prior to relocating to Arizona, Mr. Kovach spent 15 years with the E.G. Smith Organization of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, one of the nation's leading industrial metal siding and roofing manufacturer/contractors during the 1950s and 1960s.
In order to provide the best value for our clients, Kovach's services are vertically integrated. Ideally, this means we are involved in each step from concept to completion.
