TLC Modular Homes is a family owned and operated company located in Goldendale, Washington. We opened our doors for business in 1999 with some of the first orders placed by our employees. Their homes were completed before the factory was built, and this "open-air" modular construction attracted lots of attention and, ultimately, referrals.
