TLC Modular Homes TLC Modular Homes is a family owned and operated company located in Goldendale, Washington. We opened our doors for business in 1999 with some of the first orders placed by our employees. Their homes were completed before the factory was built, and this "open-air" modular construction attracted lots of attention and, ultimately, referrals. The factory was completed in 2000 and homes and other buildings have since been built and placed in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and California. We have had interested home buyers from Alaska, but do not currently have a means of serving that market.

We didn't end up buying a home from TLC because our lot wasn't conducive to delivering a home to it, but the hour and a half we spent there was very pleasant. They gave us a tour of a model under construction and were courteous and up front about everything. I thought the construction of the model was solid. They are busy so we wouldn't have received a home for a year, but if the lot we have would have accommodated it, we would have purchased one. Jack

Very nice staff, answered all my questions, went and saw a "lift" of moving structures with a crane to its foundation. Going to go to the next step, felt comfortable with the people

No online pricing! Obviously a company willing to waste your time and their own!

Seriously, worst customer service ever. These people are so booked up that they treat customers like they are beggers. There are other better quality modular (not mobile but prefab) builders in the area. I would not bother with them. The owners are rude also, specially the architect.
