Ryan and the staff were awesome. My 2013 tonneau cover was out of adjustment. They addressed the problem, put new clips on and re-adjusted the rails. It's like a whole new cover! Thanks you guys, you're the best! I'll be back!

I was rolling through town and needed a topper gasket tape-they were awesome, priced fairly and I will definitely stop in again.

Stay away. Some day google will allow 0 stars. Had PB truck order my company a ARE DCU contractor topper. They quoted me a price of $3948.76. Had me put 50% down. When the topper, came I paid the remaining balance, without truly looking at the final bill. After I got home and added stuff up, the bill came to $4303.24. When I called back to bring attention to the issue, the manager there told me he had forgotten to add in the cost of the shelving I had requested on the original bid.

He therefor changed the final bill to reflect that cost without even mentioning it to me. His mistake I guess results in money out of my pocket. Still they have not given me back the difference. So shady. Furthermore the topper install caused the tailgate door to rub on my tailgate, taking off the paint. I contacted them a half dozen times to get something done about it.

Finally their solution was to put a piece of 3MIL tape in that spot, as seen in the photos. Didn't even offer to get it painted first. Just put some tape on it. That lasted about a week before the door rubbed through it again. So I had another dozen phone calls and emails. Never once did they respond to an email. They would answer the phone when I called but then once they found out it was me, they would make up a lie about how they were in contact with ARE about the issue and a resolution was in the works.

That was 4 weeks ago. I called ARE today and gave them my name and serial number. They said they had no record of PB opening a claim. They are the worst in the business. This is the first review of anything I have ever written in my life-hopefully that gives an indication on how bad the service I received there really was and still is. I now drive to Wisconsin Rapids (JC enterprises) for my last 3 DCU topper builds. 3 hours out of my way just to avoid their service. Also close to $1000 cheaper.

Worked with Ryan and Mike to get a new hitch installed on my vehicle. I needed the new hitch installed within 2 weeks and after trying a couple other places where I was told it would be anywhere from 4-12 weeks, P&B had everything done in under a week. We found ourselves in a bad spot traveling from Ohio to Madison, WI. We got a flat tire on the way and were in need of a specialty, after market tire for an F-350. After several discouraging phone calls, we found P&B. They went out of their way to find a tire for us and work us in their busy Friday schedule. Because of their compassion and customer service, we got back on the road. Highly recommend them.

Shout out to Ryan for the help on getting my 21 RAM 1500 suited with a bedliner and cover. Ryan was quick to respond to my questions and even quicker to get everything scheduled and installed. Turned out great.

I just had side steps installed on my new truck. These guys were great, professional service and quick installation. What more can you ask for? Oh and they sell everything for you truck I'm sure I'll be back!

Disappointed in a less than professional trailer wiring installation they did on my SUV. The connector was just attached to a dangling cable tucked up under the rear bumper rather than securing it to a bracket to the cross rail of the hitch, which even had a welded piece on it just for that purpose. Mind you that I had paid $500 for the job! Every hitch installation I had before to my vehicles had always had its wiring connector terminated at a bracket.

I emailed the business when I got home the same night (they were closed when I picked up the vehicle). I didn't hear anything back by the next day afternoon so went to Madison Spring which had the bracket and protective rubber cap in stock. For $13 and 10 minutes I had a professional installation. Later in the afternoon I finally received an apology email from the dealer offering to complete the job.

I emailed back stating that I had already taken care of it, and asked for a reimbursement of the $13. The response was that they couldn't reimburse me for a part that I bought from another business, but they would give me a credit toward my next purchase at their store which is 17 miles away on the other side of Madison. Don't think so. The next hitch I have installed will be from Madison Spring. They told me they would definitely have installed a trailer wiring connector on a bracket.

Needed a new tail light assembly for a trailer I'm working on and an RV dealer suggested these guys. While they didn't stock or sell the the actual part I needed they went out of their way to locate someplace that did. This isn't an unusual type of thing historically but I feel it's something that isn't practiced as often as it should be.

I was not buying their wares, but they took the time to refer me to another vendor. That's the type of service I really appreciate, and it assured me that one day in the future I'll know of TWO places I will be glad to return to if I ever need this type of item again!

We recently had our car undercoated and rustproofed by them. The people were kind and helpful. They did a quality job on time and as promised. I would do business with them again.

I had a GREAT experience! Other places were hesitant to install a receiver hitch and 7 pin and charge line on my Lexus; one business refused out right and another said they charge extra for Lexus' and a couple other brands. P&B didnt hesitate - they got the parts in, scheduled me quickly, and had the car ready when they said it would be. I am very happy with the courtesy and service I received.

I came in to get a remote start installed in Nov 2017. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. They were able to sneak me in that day and have my car ready in a few short hours. I have had no problems with it and I LOVE not having to go outside to start my car in the early mornings! I will be returning soon to buy my Weather Tech floor liners!

If things go great.great! BUT if not.be prepared for repeat and time-consuming visits coupled with frustration and unsuccessful & sloppy attempts at resolution. nice folks, below par work. beware!
