This place rules. I needed to rent a residential aerator. They had one the day i called. Picked it up, did my lawn in a few hours and had it back the same day. Staff was great and showed me how to run it. Helped unloading (it weighed 250lbs). Not much else to say. Great service, i'll definitely be back.

I had a great experience renting a small demo hammer from these guys. They were friendly, helpful, it was a good value, and the tool worked excellent! I'll definitely be going back here (instead of the big box stores) if I need to rent tools again!

I was very pleased with the leaf blower I rented and with the staff that helped me. This contrasted sharply with an extremely negative experience I had a number of years ago with a staff member at A to Z Rentals -- and that was one of the key reasons I stayed away from the store for so long. Frankly, I need for A to Z to stop harassing me in regards as a customer. Several years ago, I rented a power washer and some hoses. The hoses happen to be broken and leaked and when I spoke with the " manager" Jason about it. He immediately accused me of trying to get free rental equipment from them. He said that he " personally " check the equipment, when I asked him (3 times) if he check these specific hoses, he didn't answer.

I just wanted a percentage taken off. Needless to said after some heated exchange he decided to waive the whole fee, I kept telling him that want to paid and he just ignored me. Nick and Bruce witnessed all this. On December 21, 2021, I went to A to Z to rent a floor scrubber and discovered that I was placed on a black list and not to rent to me. I was very surprised and ask why, Bruce kept saying you know why, you know why, it wasn't until I ask if there was a policy for not renting due to a disagreement.

He then reenter my info into the computer that I was able to rent a floor scrubber. There was another employee present and heard all this nonsense. This method of not wanting to rent to me or anyone from a disagreement is nothing more then harassment and retaliation. Please be advise, this is under the protected class of discrimination. Thank you

I rented an Ozone Generator. The guys at the shop were very helpful and provided instructions for how to use the machine and for how long to use it. I appreciated their help since I had never used an Oxone Generator. I'd definitely go back!

I needed a mini skid steer for a job I was doing for a client and I accidentally requested and rented a mini excavator. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and understanding and simply made the changes necessary and helped me every step of the way. They answered all my questions and explained the details of the paperwork. I am very satisfied with the experience. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

I rented a wood chipper for a few hours. I have to say everything went very smoothly and I am quite happy with the rental experience. The counter staff was patient. The equipment was clean and properly functioning. A technician went through all the controls with me and helped to hitch the chipper to the truck. I made an advanced reservation; the chipper was ready to go when I arrived and someone was available right away when I returned to get the chipper checked back in.

I needed a sander to refinish my deck and couldn't remember to get it on time. I showed up late and pleaded my case. The next morning the owner called to meet me and give me the sander. I was very happy as my refinisher was only available for a couple of days so timing was important. Because of the generous assist from the owner, I was able to finish the project in the short time period and it turned out better than expected. Thank you so much for your generous offer on a week end showing how much you care about your customers. Thanks again.

I was able to select the right equipment for my project over the phone. The delivery of the equipment on the scheduled day was prompt. When additional questions came up about the features of the equipment, the advice I received over the telephone met my needs. Will select A to Z again when I need to rent equipment.

I've only rented from them once, but I will definitely be renting from them in the future. They have a lot of tools, small and large, available and priced affordably. I rented a plate compactor and the price was actually a little less than the big box chain I got a quote from as well. It was a very simple process from renting over the phone, picking up the compactor, to dropping it back off. The front desk staff was friendly as was the guy who helped me load the compactor into my SUV. I highly recommend A to Z. Thank you!
