I have used Eco Friendly flooring on a few home remodeling projects and I must say that I have been so impressed with Melissa and her staff! I am in love with my bamboo flooring on the main level of my home! It brightened up the house and is very attractive! Just had my lower level done in a stylish Cork and it really looks great! When I did my kitchen I noticed that they had recycled sea glass, it is like a work of art & I get so many compliments on it!
Any questions or concerns were answered at warp speed by Melissa! The installers were prompt, friendly and professional, they didn't even mind my nosy dog! I would give them all a 10 if it were an option! Highly recommended! I prefer using smaller local folks when I can and I can feel good about it and the end tesult

I searched high and low to find a company that could execute my mid-century vision. Melissa went above and beyond in helping me select the products. Robert's installation was masterful.

We love our new bamboo floors from Eco Friendly Flooring! Melissa helped me select just the right flooring to replace some very beat-up old carpet in three bedrooms. It was great that I could schedule time to meet with her in the showroom to get all my questions answered. And the installation was fantastic--on schedule, efficient, and surprisingly quiet! Melissa and Robert at Eco Friendly Flooring were just terrific to work with. Melissa helped us pick out a very unique and durable backsplash metallic tile that looks great in our kitchen. We had a few challenging (to us) installation elements (outlets, etc) and Robert handled them easily and gave us great advice. Would recommend 100%!

We love our new bamboo floor! Melissa, the owner, is direct and easy to work with. The instillation happened on time and on budget. Andy, the installer, worked hard to get the job done quickly but also very carefully. The whole process went smoothly and now we have a beautiful new bedroom floor! I would definitely recommend this company.

Overall a great experience & I love my new bathroom floor (of recycled glass tiles). They didn't have my first choice of floor tile, but worked with me to come up with suitable alternative, pattern & shipping option (I live in East Coast & ordered remotely). A few things to keep in mind about these glass tiles: 1. They may not have the color you want in stock so be sure to have alternatives ready. 2.
Different colors may have different thicknesses, even in same size (one of my colors was 1/32" thicker than the other). This will not make much difference with "pillowtop" tiles like mine which are inherently uneven (as they have a slight curve to them), but if you're doing a more flat style, it may be an issue. 3. For some reason, the cut tiles became partially transparent (e.g., at the threshold sides).
I guess this has to do with water saw & maybe the way tiles are colored. Also, if you're paying a contractor to install the tiles, it's best to order the tiles yourself or you'll face a steep markup for "special order" (which I discovered after getting a few quotes).

Wonderful experience with Melissa and Robert, the team of Eco Friendly Flooring. Melissa came to our house to discuss the options and advocated for a different type of flooring than I originally had in mind- respectfully talking through the reasons why cork would be better than bamboo in the kitchen. In the end we went with the cork and we are so happy with it.
Her husband did a VERY thorough installation, even taking out the toilet, taking off the trim from the wall, pulling up vinyl in the bathroom, and going to home depot several times to a) buy more trim that was actually missing behind our stove and fridge, and b) to perfect the threshold oak piece that gave him some trouble. The final charges did not change from the original estimate, despite the extra work. Great couple to work with, amazing customer service and product. Highly recommend!

Awesome experience all around with this company! Friendly, it feels like the customers matter, and the products are worth selling because they are better than average. Great product, awesome install, professional and friendly. We got cork floors for a small-ish room. Trying to figure out which room they can do next.
