Crystal was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with helping us pick out our countertop. We are extremely appreciative that they were able to help us meet our deadline and for the quick turn around time. We now have beautiful quartz countertops that from order to installation took exactly two weeks. We couldn't be happier! Thank you!

They were very professional despite the issues I had by going through Lowes. Once I got through a horrific dealing with Lowes, the people at Solid Image were great to deal with and I am extremely happy with my countertops! Word of advice, skip Lowes and deal with these people directly! Service: Kitchen countertop installation

I just had my kitchen granite installed by Solid Image and I am extremely happy with both the process and the finished product! I worked directly with AJ throughout the process - AJ was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. Home projects can be stressful but this was smooth from start to finish.

I first used Solid Image when I built my house in 2010. They designed my kitchen and I was very pleased with their workmanship and professionalism! I recently used them to add more cabinets to my laundry room and dining area. AJ was my sales representative and I was very impressed with his attention to detail! I will definitely use Solid Image for any future renovations. I highly recommend them for kitchen and bathroom remodels!

We are very pleased with our Cambria Quartz kitchen countertop. The countertop looks beautiful and fits perfectly. Everyone we dealt with at Solid Image was very professional and pro-active. Our sales rep, AJ Campbell, made sure the job ran smoothly and kept us informed. The various employees who we interacted with--the template person, the installers, the plumbers (who went above and beyond the call of duty helping us with a defective faucet!)--answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfied with the work. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Terrible company to deal with! From what I'm reading they couldn't careless about any of the customers from Lowe's. I had my countertop install scheduled for today and it was verified twice yesterday! Then they call today and say they can't do it because my sink was lost?! To make it worse they said they would have a new sink tomorrow or the next day but refused to come back out any earlier than next week!

This is unacceptable considering my old countertop was removed and I no longer have a working kitchen! I have 3 kids! Their lack of compassion and concern or care for their customers is appalling. I urge everyone to stay away!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I bought in February 2019 from the Owner of Solid Image an entire kitchen, bathroom and laundry cabinetry. The customer service is poor. Today their worker finally finished replacing a damaged drawer for the fourth time! The kitchen island had to be replaced. And folks this was a highend costly stuff! I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE 9 MONTH END RESULTS project! Again stay away and also be careful if you purchase through Lowes because they are their subcontractor!

Now that my kitchen cabinet installation is complete I can complete the project by reviewing the company that started it all; Solid Image in Laurel DE. After our purchase of cabinets from Lowe's this company was assigned our kitchen install. What a mistake that turned out to be! I would NEVER hire this company to do anything nor would I recommend them.

They have horrible customer relation skills, time management is a joke and just all around a poor company to work with. Without going into many details we had to fire them from our project and finally after 6 months it is complete. My husband had to finish it all. To say they left a bitter taste in our mouth would be being nice. If you purchase cabinets from Lowe's do yourself a favor and stay away from Solid Image!

We have had an absolutely terrible customer service experience. We ordered new countertops from Lowe's and it's been more than 3 months that we have been waiting to get them installed. Solid Image has rescheduled the install date four times in the last 30 days alone. When they actually showed up to do the install they did half of the work and left for the day.

We could not be more frustrated or disappointed with the lack of communication and inability to complete this job on time and as promised. Lowe's please use a different contractor in Ocean City, MD.

Solid Image installed my countertop on February 14, 2019. Their installers were awesome! The office was supposed to call 30 minutes before because we aren't currently living in the house, they didn't. So I had to rush and load up 3 kids under the age of 8 to meet the installers at the house. But the installers were extremely patient and polite. My husband and I noticed that there was a pretty decent sized scratch on the countertop.

It was delivered with the scratch. So I personally contacted Solid Image's Customer Service. I was told that she wasn't at her desk, so I left a message on her answering machine. I still hadn't heard back the next day. So I called back. (I'm very well aware how messages get misplaced, people get busy, all of that.) The Customer Servive agent who only deals with Lowe's customers had a huge attitude problem.

I told her I had called yesterday, left a message but hadn't received a phone call back. Which her response was, "I was away from my desk all day. Is there something you need?" Well, you ball of sunshine, yes, that's why I'm calling. So, I would recommend Solid Image's installers and repairman. But good luck if you have to deal with their horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE. UPDATE: I received a phone call on 3/18 from a Bill from Solid Image about my above posted review.

He decided to start our conversation with "I'm not saying anyone is a liar but I don't see where it was requested for a 30 minute call on your account." We don't currently live in the house, so of course a call would of been requested. Most companies (good ones at least) will give you a 30 minute courtesy call. He then went on to explain that his not so friendly customer service agent, Alison, had been out with the flu and was just getting back when I called back the second day.

So when I called the first time and was told she was away from her desk, how about she is out for the day so I know not to expect a phone call back that day or maybe not the next? So I did mention how that is an excuse for his not so friendly employees behavior. At the end of the day, customer service is just that, to take care of your customers. I explained once again that I had only called again because the countertop was damaged and that my husband and I spent a lot of money on our countertop and cabinets. (It is a lot of money to us, obviously not to Solid Image's standards.) Bill then chuckled at the price and said he certainly didn't get paid that amount.

Well Bill, then take that up with Lowe's, since that is who subcontracts you. It doesn't matter if I spent $200 on countertop. That is $200 more business than you had yesterday. Completely disrespectful. Bill then goes on to tell me maybe my tone with Alison and her tone is what made things escalate. Okay, so Solid Image is taking ZERO accountability for their employees and want to blame the customer.

I had not a lick of attitude when I called the second time. I was just trying to get my countertop fixed. I felt very much attacked and blamed by Bill, which upset me a great deal. Since he thinks I was overreacting, which I beg to differ, he called with the agenda not to make things right but to pass the blame on me. I am most certainly not the problem.

I met 3 other Solid Image employees and they were awesome! The problem lies in their customer service because I'm definitely not the first person to say that that department is definitely lacking. Bill also didn't once mention the above praise I gave his employees. So I will state again, the 2 men who came out and installed my countertop were super friendly and awesome!

The man who came out and repaired my countertop was also awesome! He came in and made my countertop look brand new. You cant even tell there was a scratch there. I stand by my statement also that if you decide to do business with this company, beware of their customer service. My personal experience with them has been horrible.
